 Abstract

Today's education policy aims to raise individuals with 21st century skills, which are considerd to have universal importance and the solution of intelligence and mental problems as a common skill. Teaching problem solving is one of the most important issues in physics education and is also the area where students encounter the most problems. When students try to solve a physics problem, they usually say that they understand the problem, know the laws of physics on which the problem is based and have solved many similar problems, but the new problem is different from the previous problem and therefore the new problem is different. They cannot solve the problem. The purpose of this study is to present problem solving research methods in physics education according to the level of students, methods and the development of problem solving strategies

Through the application of a mixed-method research approach that combines qualitative and quantitative methods, this study delves into the intricacies of these incidents, seeking to unravel their root causes and, most importantly, to propose practical strategies for enhancing safety protocols.

 Abstract

Chapati is the staple food of people in Indian subcontinent. Despite a heavy consumption of chapati, the commercial status of this food product has not yet been to the par. Standardization of chapati making is yet in the process of development. The assessment of present chapati testing method was performed by standard method publisheb by Haridas Rao et. a., (1986). 6 indian wheat cultivars and one standard commercial wheat flour were assessed for chapati making. Correlation study was done to find the physico-chemical factors that affect chapati quality. The total chapatti score was affected by moisture, gluten content, eating quality and the taste of the chapatti. Absorption was affected by the gluten. Dough development time and its stability were positively correlated. The present scoring method has many subjective parameters which add to the standard error in scoring method. The objective parameters like pliability and puffing were objective parameters and best suited for screening of chapati quality. There is a need to improve the test and reduce the number of subjective parameters so that chapati testers can test and reproduce the results at any place

 Abstract

This article looks deeply at the tradition of Gharanas and what constitutes a Gharana. The paper discusses the importance of Gharana in the musical scheme of things. Going forward it discusses how Hindustani music liberates an artist and blooms her/him into a fine artist. Also suggests that Gharanas as rivers of knowledge, it also looks at why it is so. Along with this, the genesis of Gharanas has been studied as well. It is an important study to assess the trajectory of the Gharana tradition from the 16th century till now.
