Abstract: - Objective: - To formulate and evaluate multipurpose herbal cream using Neem, Turmeric and Tulsi extract to give anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial effect. Methods: - The cream was prepared by using cream base which is liquid paraffin, beeswax, methyl paraben, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, glycerin, distilled water, Aloe vera gel, extracts of Neem, Turmeric and Tulsi. The cream was prepared by slab technique or extemporaneous method for mixing the cream in geometric manner to provide a smooth texture and for mixing of all ingredients properly. From using trituration method by mortar pestle, we have formulated NEM4, batch of our herbal cream. NEM4, batch were evaluated / test for different parameters like physical evaluation, irritancy, washability, pH determination, phase separation, spreadability, Greasiness, Homogeneity after observation in all over batches NEM4 batch was giving the best result. Results: - NEM1-NEM5, formulations, showed good appearance, almost neutral pH, no erythema, edema and redness on skin during irritancy study, easily washable, good spread ability and no phase separation. The formulations NEM4, were found stable at room temperature and it was giving best result. Conclusion: - By using Neem, Turmeric, Tulsi and Aloe-vera gel the herbal cream showed multipurpose effect such as anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial also all herbal ingredients were used to showed different significant activities. Based on the results we can say that formulations NEM4, were stable at room temperature and can be safely used on the skin.

This research paper explores the critical role of the agriculture sector in Maharashtra, India, where it significantly influences the state's economy and sustains a majority of the population. With 82.47% of the cultivated land reliant on rain-fed dry land, the paper highlights the challenges faced by small and marginal farmers, particularly in accessing capital and essential services. The impact of climate change on agriculture in the region is addressed through the Climate Change Action Plan initiated by the Government of Maharashtra, aimed at integrating climate resilience into the state's development strategies. The World Bank's Nanaji Deshmukh Krishi Sanjivani Project, launched in 2018, is examined as a climate-friendly initiative designed to help farmers adapt to climate-related challenges. The project encompasses financial assistance, capacity building, and agricultural advisory services, targeting economic upliftment and sustainability in farming practices. Through an analysis of the project's implementation phases and its overarching objectives, this paper underscores the necessity of adaptive strategies in agriculture to ensure long-term viability and improved livelihoods for farmers in Maharashtra.

The increasing demand for sustainable energy has driven the exploration of innovative solutions to generate renewable energy. This research aims to harness energy from vehicular movement using innovative technologies embedded in speed breakers to generate renewable electricity. By utilizing piezoelectric materials, rack-and-pinion mechanisms, and hybrid energy systems, the platform optimizes energy conversion for powering urban infrastructure. The integrated IoT-based monitoring system dynamically adjusts to traffic density and environmental factors, ensuring efficient energy usage. This sustainable energy solution not only addresses the rising energy demands but also supports smart city initiatives by powering streetlights, IoT devices, and other low-voltage applications. Designed with scalability and cost-effectiveness in mind, the platform provides a renewable, adaptive, and eco-friendly alternative to conventional power systems, promoting energy independence and reducing environmental impact. Its potential lies in creating self-sustaining urban ecosystems while aligning with global sustainability goals.

The most often utilized building material worldwide is cement concrete. Because of its good workability and ability to be shaped into any shape, it is widely used. Cement concrete has extremely little resistance to crack, and a relatively low tensile strength. Concrete's durability and toughness can be altered by appropriately adjusting its constituents, such as the cementitious materials such fly ash, rice husk ash and silica fumes etc and different fibers as steel, coir, synthetic fibers etc. When compared to glass and polypropylene fibers, steel fibers have the highest strength, according to numerous research studies In this study, the effects of adding three different volume fractions of steel fiber in conventional concrete and its fresh and hardened properties were examined after curing of 14 days and 28 days. When compared to conventional concrete, it was found that SFRC specimens show improved qualities. The optimum mix from this study in terms compressive strength, split tensile strength, flexural strength and workability is having the volume fraction 3%.

Videos and images are rich sources of valuable information, combining visuals, sounds, and textual elements to convey critical details. In videos, dynamic content such as moving objects and on-screen text often holds essential information, while images frequently embed textual data within their visual content. However, extracting specific text from these multimedia formats is a challenging task. Traditional manual methods, such as pausing videos and editing images, are time-consuming and inefficient, and the extracted text is often not readily editable. To address these challenges, advanced Deep Learning techniques integrated with cutting-edge Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies provide a robust solution. Tools such as Keras_OCR and PyTesseract employ deep learning models and OCR algorithms to accurately recognize and convert text from video frames and images into machine-readable, editable formats. This approach not only automates the text extraction process but also enhances accuracy and efficiency. By leveraging these technologies, users can seamlessly extract, save, and edit text-rich content from multimedia sources, making it a valuable resource for applications in education, research, and analysis. This study highlights the transformative potential of combining deep learning with OCR technologies to unlock the hidden textual information in videos and images, enabling greater access to knowledge in the digital age.
