Education plays a vital role in changing social life and quality of life. Although India ranks second in terms of the world's total population, it lags far behind in terms of education. The number of colleges and universities in West Bengal and India has increased significantly from 1950-51 to 2018-19. However, the female enrolment is much lower than that of male enrolment in every level of higher education except Post Graduation course. Category wise higher education has the largest number of SCs but ST has the highest female enrolment growth rate in West Bengal. Another issue that has come up in this paper is that female enrolment in higher education in West Bengal has decreased in the distance mode from 2011-12 to 2017-18 but has increased in the regular mode. The exact opposite has happened in the case of male enrolment. In the present paper, Researcher has tried to highlight the female enrolment status at various levels of higher education for the last 8 years of India and as a special reference to West Bengal.

Visiting a highlighted tourist destination and has a pleasant impression during the tour is considerable in the revisit intention. Generation Z is predicted to dominate the tourism market in the coming year. Enjoy the simplicity and mastering IT are the characteristics of Z generation, in traveling, you will consider destinations using e-reservation. The e-reservation is to be considered for travel. The Tiga Warna beach in Malang regency is a tourist destination that provides e-reservation services. This study examined the effect e-reservation, destination image, and Memorable Tourism Experiencies (MTEs) on revised intention of Generation Z to Tiga Warna Beach of Malang Regency-East Java-Indonesia. Sample size was 129 respondents collected via survey questionnaire and data was analysed with Multiple linear regressions. The results showed that E-Reservation, destination image, and memorable tourism experiences significantly influenced generation Z to revisit intentions to Tiga Warna beach of Malang Regency and Memorable Tourism Experiences is the most decisively revisit intentions. In conclusion, the research findings provide insightful theoretical implications on the selling aspect tourist destination use e- reservation.

The article begins with the basic understanding of disability as mentioned and discussed in different scriptures at different times through the ages and finds it difficult to say that the earlier times were more difficult for the disabled against the falsely perceived notion that our culture and heritage treated disabled in a biased manner. The article also deals with the changing perception of the issue in modern times particularly with the development of modern science and medicine with its pedagogy and assistive technology but raises question on the validity and feasibility in singularity of the technological or medical model and suggests social model for a coherent and harmonious development and well being of the disabled persons.

The shielding parameters of two materials for carbon and lead were measured and calculated based on the attenuation coefficient values in the energy range of 511keV to 1332keV. These values are obtained by calculating the exponential absorption equation by using the radiation intensities before and after count rates. The radioactive sources were placed in front of the detector and the various thickness of the sample were placed between the source and the photo-multiplier tube (PMT) of the NaI (Tl) detector.

This paper has made an attempt to study the levels of encroachment of agricultural lands and the growth of population in Mysore taluk. The important villages of Mysore taluk are taken into account for the study. Since 1951, there is a very positive growth in the population but there is a negative impact on the agriculture. This paper tries to explain the difference between the growth in the population and diminishing agricultural areas for the growth of urbanization. In order to know the encroachment of agricultural lands, population play a vital role. Hence, population is considered as one of the major causes of encroachment from the time immemorial. The main objective of the paper is to bring out comparison between the agricultural land encroached and the growth of population in selected important villages of Mysore taluk.

Reservoir sedimentation has been common phenomena in Water Resources Engineering projects globally. The excessive higher rate of reservoir sedimentation causes problem in reservoir operation and maintenance for designed life period of hydraulic structure. Kodar reservoir of district Mahasamund [CG] has been selected for reservoir sedimentation study through modern approach along with relevant ground truth and validation of field data. The Remote Sensing & GIS technique have been adapted as modern approach. The visual cum digital interpretation of IRS LISS III & IV Satellite data of path-row 102/57 has utilized. The temporal satellite data belonging to pre-monsoon and post-monsoon season for two years: October 2007 to October 2009 has revealed the status of reservoir sedimentation. The gross storage and dead storage of Kodar reservoir have been analyzed along with major governing factors. The quantification of reservoir sedimentation has assisted in annual rate determination for overall appraisal of reservoir sedimentation. The biological conservative measures for the area seem to be more appropriate due to ongoing paddy rich cultivation in Kharif and Rabi period, as being the part of CG Bowl of Rice towards the minimizing reservoir sedimentation.
