Spathodeacampanulata (S.campanulata), also called the fountain tree, African tulip tree, or flame-of-the-forest, is a member of the Bignoniaceae family. Plants have been used as a major source of medication for a number of human illnesses since ancient times. Numerous plants are mentioned in ancient medical systems; Spathodea campanulata P. Beauvais is one of the most important medicinal plants. The flowers, leaves, stem, bark, and roots of Spathodea campanulata have all been shown to have cytotoxic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-diabetic, and anticonvulsant qualities. Phytochemical screening finds several secondary metabolites, such as sterols, alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, and glycosides. We collected and reviewed relevant information and literature on Spathodea campanulata from online resources like Web of Science, Academic Journals, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and PubMed. The literature makes it abundantly evident that Spathodea campanulata possesses a wide range of pharmacological characteristics, which can be ascribed to the presence of several phytochemicals. The goal of the current review is to provide thorough information regarding the African tulip tree's therapeutic uses. A variety of articles were employed to achieve this goal.

In today's rapidly evolving professional landscape, the experiences of women employees have become a focal point for workplace research. This study investigates stress among women in the workforce, focusing on the unique challenges and stressors they encounter. Conducted in Coimbatore city with a sample size of 44 respondents, this research employs descriptive and analytical methods to analyze the interplay of demographic, occupational, and personal factors contributing to workplace stress. Key findings indicate that stress arises from work-life balance challenges, job responsibilities, limited career advancement opportunities, and moderate workplace flexibility. The study also highlights the significance of social support systems and stress management programs in mitigating stress levels. Practical recommendations are provided to enhance organizational strategies and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment. By addressing these stressors, organizations can promote employee well-being, job satisfaction, and overall productivity.

The diamond industry demands meticulous precision throughout its processes, particularly in planning and quality control stages. Manual verification, however, is time-consuming and prone to human error. This paper presents an automated smart imaging system designed to streamline the process of verifying line markings made during diamond planning. Using a custom-trained YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection model, the system automates the task of checking whether the lines drawn by planning personnel match the autoplan suggested by software. By integrating machine learning and image processing techniques, our system aims to automate the manual inspection process, significantly reducing human error, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring consistent diamond quality. Our proposed solution demonstrates the potential for automation in precision industries, such as diamond processing, while still supporting human inspectors by reducing repetitive manual tasks

This paper discusses the faculty view on the employability skills of students from Arts and Science College, which reflects the existing gaps and challenges that hinder the job readiness of students. Employability skills are a combination of technical and non-technical skills that enable students to survive in different occupational and life contexts. Even though students have technical knowledge, many of them fail to acquire critical soft skills such as communication, adaptability, and critical thinking, which are increasingly valued by employers. Such perceptions of faculty members toward this gap are studied by incorporating industry-aligned academic curriculums, experiential exposures through learning, and skill-related training. The study indicated non-significant correlation of skills with employability across a range of ages; and therefore, other variables influencing the teaching methodology, irrelevance of curriculum to modern markets, and lack of relevant practical exposure are far more critical.

Vehicular emissions are significantly contributing to air pollution, which poses great environmental and health risks. This paper explores the design and implementation of an AI-based vehicular emission monitoring system. The system uses a YOLO-based object detection model to identify vehicles emitting excess smoke. The testing of the system was conducted under controlled environmental conditions where only one vehicle emitted smoke, and there was minimal traffic. The paper discusses its methodology, results, challenges in real-world scenarios (such as multiple vehicles emitting smoke and heavy traffic), and potential improvements for future scalability.

Background: The relationship between CKD and hyperglycemia is well-established, as hyperglycemia accelerates the development and progression of CKD. Elevated blood glucose levels can lead to glomerular hyper filtration and eventually glomerulosclerosis, which compromises kidney function. Diabetic nephropathy is a common form of CKD among individuals with diabetes and can be characterized by proteinuria, hypertension, and decreased kidney function.

The distribution of stiffness, strength, and mass in both the horizontal and vertical directions determine how well a high-rise building performs during powerful earthquakes. If there is discontinuity in stiffness, strength and mass between adjoining stories of a building then such a building is known as irregular building. It is an attempt to investigate the effect of vertical geometry irregularity configuration for multi-storeyed reinforced concrete building model. The primary focus of this study is the examination of a multi-storey structures (Vertical Geometrical Irregularity Type I Building Consists of G+14 and Vertical Geometrical Irregularity Type II Building Consists of G +20) that has irregularity in elevation. Modelling of 14 storey and 21 storey RCC framed building is done in ETABS 21 ultimate software for analysis with different slabs (conventional slab, flat slab with drop panels and waffle slab). The analysis is done as per IS 456:2000 code and for seismic analysis IS 1893(Part 1): 2016 code. M30 grade of concrete and FE-550 grade of steel is adopted. There are several concerns that affect the performance of structure from which storey displacement, storey drift and Base Shear play a crucial role in findings the behaviour of structure against seismic loads. Results are conveyed in the form of tables and charts. All the models are analysed with response spectrum method for analysis. After analysis, the paper concluded that waffle slab buildings can be more effectively used for multi storey buildings. The use of waffle slab increased the stiffness, increased the weight carrying ability, as well as being safe. The use of flat slab buildings having vertical geometry irregularity in all seismic Zones are unstable and uneconomical because of less moment capacity of slab for Vertical Geometrical Irregularity Type II Building. Conventional slab buildings have moderate stiffness can be used for high rise structures and is stable and economical.

The Rig Vedic era caste system of India had been based on occupational hierarchy, but it soon lost its purpose and became rigid and orthodox. With the Later Vedic period of India began the curse of untouchability that gave rights to the upper castes to percolate mistreatment through the layers of the caste system. The society at large always subjects the socially backward to exploitation and in this case also has not been any different. The ugliest form of discrimination is when it finds ground within the boundaries of an educational institution. It is also of importance here to understand that decolonizing is not as easy as it might sound. What colonisation can do is proof of me writing this paper in a language that is not my own but still more acceptable and universal in any field of academia. An effort to decolonize the nation from its caste hegemonies was taken up right after India's independence when a person of the Dalit community (untouchables in India) took upon the responsibility of drafting the Constitution of India. The ripple effects of this were widely recognized but however were not successful in providing social equality to Dalits. This brings to light the importance of being at the helm of affairs for voicing genuine concerns that are relatable to the ones for whom the provisions are being made available. Various policies of the government have had far-reaching impact but have not been able to solve the problems of caste discrimination within the frame of education. The Mid-day Meal Scheme has seen mass enrolments and retention of students but in some instances has also widened the caste differences in schools as the teachers and peers are often responsible for alienating the students of socially backward sections of society. This buds the forms of discrimination even in the young, growing minds of India. Social representation in higher education and participation of stakeholders from the Dalit community thus becomes pivotal in realising the dreams of a marginalised section.
