Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is the commonest cause of neuropathy worldwide and the severity of neuropathic pain increases with increase in the duration of diabetes. Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that is present in foods such as pork, poultry, oats, bananas, dark leafy green vegetables and is accessible in many dietary supplements. The deficiency of Vitamin B6 is considered as a risk factor for developing peripheral neuropathy. Pyridoxine strongly contributes to the proper functioning of the nervous system by facilitating neurotransmitters and myelin synthesis. Studies show that there is a decrease in serum Pyridoxal 5'Phosphate levels in diabetic patients when compared with healthy population which may contribute to glucose intolerance. Vitamin B6 supplements are used in management of diabetic neuropathy for its anti-oxidant property and which had indeed helped in reduction of painful symptoms of neuropathy. Vitamin B6 when taken in higher doses greater than daily requirement will causes neuronal damage as well.

Bollywood, the colloquial name for the Indian film business, is well known for producing a wide range of movies rapidly. However, a complicated web of copyright and remake concerns that continue to provide difficulties for the business and its stakeholders exist behind the glossy exterior of this dominant force in film. An outline of the complex issues surrounding copyright and remakes in Indian cinema may be found in this abstract. Filmmakers, authors, and artists depend on copyright rules to protect their creative works. Since numerous directors have been charged with repurposing or altering content without the necessary authorization, copyright violations in Indian cinema continue to be a persistent worry. Due to these accusations, the industry has been affected both financially and creatively by lengthy legal fights. Unauthorized domestic and international film remakes in India is one of the main problems. Bollywood has a lengthy history of translating foreign films into Indian cinema, frequently without obtaining the required rights. This behavior raises questions about the industry's ethical standards and has resulted in conflicts with foreign production companies. Moreover, successful regional films are routinely remade in India by filmmakers who disregard the original artists' intellectual property rights. These problems call into doubt the industry's ethical standards, legal compliance, and integrity as artists. The abstract additionally emphasizes the financial consequences of copyright and remake disputes. Because investors and studios are wary of sponsoring projects that could result in legal ramifications, these conflicts have the potential to discourage investment in the industry. Furthermore, expensive settlements from copyright issues might have a negative impact on the financial viability of Indian film. The global reach of Indian cinema provides a setting for exploring the cultural and creative implications of these issues. The cultural interchange between India and other countries can be impacted by remakes that draw inspiration from international and local films. Discussions over the erosion of cultural authenticity and the effect of India's film exports on its soft power have been sparked by this. These problems provide a crucial background against which Indian film must continue to develop and broaden its worldwide reach in order to preserve this dynamic and significant cinematic ecosystem.

Due to 9/11 incident and lack of intensive knowledge of the Quran; Islam becomes the controversial religion throughout the world and particularly in the west. So, there is a notion that Islam is a religion of fundamentalism, promotes terror. We have to counter this argument by having a look on "Islam on religious tolerance and pluralism". Apparently, there seems a contradiction about "Islam on religious tolerance and pluralism", but if we go deep into this concern, we find many verses of the Quran which signifies that Islamic perspective on "religious tolerance and pluralism" is so vast will accommodate a universe in itself. The root word of Islam is "salima or salama", which implies peace, protection and safety etc., it denotes to seek peace, to promote peace and to live in peace. Islam does not discriminate people on the basis of colour, caste, sex, region and religion etc. Quran states:

Recently, air pollution has become more prominent among environmental issues in Asia than elsewhere in the world. This study is initiated to assess particulate matter (mainly PM2.5) in the outdoor air. The PM2.5 is mainly of anthropogenic origin and the main source is transportation sector. As a result of high concentration of PM compared to the recommended permissible levels for residential areas in India, the city dwellers suffer from its adverse effects. Annual mean PM concentration data from CPCB and other sources are analyzed here. Besides, spatiotemporal variations of PM, urban environment and its associated toxicity, public health issues, socio-economic effects, trans-boundary pollution are considered in this study. The findings of the study will help researchers and policy makers to understand to what extent city dwellers are affected by ambient air pollution and what action is still necessary.

Our need to pursue sustainable agricultural development stems from India's rapidly increasing population, which has placed a significant burden on food production. The transition from production-oriented to profit-oriented sustainable farming is therefore critically needed. When it comes to sustainable agriculture, a careful analysis of input and output can help strike a balance between environmental concerns and economic return. Even if it's somewhat difficult, the efforts being made in this situation ought to be more practically balanced. This fact is taken into account in the current study, which uses secondary data to outline the need for sustainable agriculture and recommend actions to take.

Warts, also known as verruca, are among the most frequent viral diseases seen in primary care, affecting 7% to 10% of the population. They are little benign growths produced by the Human Papilloma virus (HPV), a member of the papova virus family. They are inconvenient for both patients and physicians since therapy is sometimes time-consuming and lengthy. Warts are a disease that has tormented humans since antiquity. Warts induce ugliness by forming on places that cause loss of attractiveness, such as the face, neck, and hands. Depression can be caused by cosmetic values. Acharya Sushruta has dedicated a chapter on Kshudra Rogas, in which he explains 44 of them, including Charmakeela(~Warts). Ayurveda explains several therapy ideas, like as Ksharakarma, Chedana and Agnikarma. These indigenous therapy approaches are minimally intrusive and have been shown to be more effective. Acharya Susruta has cited. Kshara Karma is a unique process employed since ancient times that is superior to Shastra and Anushastra owing to its comprehensive multifaceted effects such as Chedana, Bhedana, and Lekhana karma. Charmakeela(~Warts) is said to be efficiently treated with Kshara Karma because Ksharalepa(~local application of Kshara) performs activities such as Chedana, Bedhana, and Lekhana. Charmakeela is caused by a vitiated Vyana Vayu and Kapha Dosa. Kshara pacifies the Vata and Kapha Doshas, which are required for Charmakeela's(~Warts) Samprapti Vighatana. Kshara lepa is a low-cost and easily available medication that may be used to manage such skin lesions. When compared to current therapy, there is a need to identify a medicine that is readily available year-round, less irritating, similarly safe, and cost effective in the treatment of warts. Patients who meet the inclusion criteria for either gender will be selected at random based on their history, symptoms, and clinical examination. Following diagnosis, 40 Charmakeela(~Warts) patients are randomly assigned to two groups: Group A and Group B, each with 20 cases . The group's characteristics will be observed before and after therapy. Kshara lepa is administered for a minimum of one day and a maximum of seven days, depending on the lesion. Follow-up will be done once weekly for three weeks. Chitraka kshara lepa results shows slightly better actions on removing warts than Apamarga kshara lepa.

This study investigates the effectiveness of literature-based instructional resources in enhancing soft skills, communication skills and intelligence among professional students. Through a pre- and post-intervention study with 180 participants, researcher examined the impact of literature on soft skills, communication skills and intelligence, and interest of the students in further improvement of soft skills. Significant positive changes were observed in all three areas, highlighting the potential of literature-based approaches. However, individual traits like pre-existing communication skills and handling unexpected changes influenced the magnitude of the impact. Our findings advocate for incorporating personalized literature recommendations and targeted reading activities to optimize soft skills development through literary resources.
