If you educate a man you educate an individual, however, if you educate a woman you educate a whole family. Women empowered means mother India empowered". PT. JAWAHARLAL NEHRU. If one wants to empower the nation, empower the women of that nation and rest will be history. The Constitution (Eighty-sixth Amendment) Act, 2002 inserted Article 21-A in the Constitution of India " to provide free and compulsory education of all children in the age group of six to fourteen years as a Fundamental Right in such a manner as the State may, by law". Education brings revolution and reduces the inequalities within the society. This paper reviews the evidence on the empowerment-development relationship.

"The demand for packages for digital libraries is rising. It is recommended to use open source software while building a digital library on a tight budget. Digital libraries (DLs) can be created using a variety of open source software tools that can be used by both people and companies. However, evaluating various DL software suites is not simple. The purpose of this essay is to examine and assess the advantages, characteristics, and costs of open source applications like D Space, Greenstone Digital Library, and E Prints."

This paper addresses challenges in low-light image enhancement, crucial for applications like autonomous driving and surveillance. Existing methods, including traditional ones like histogram equalization and newer deep learning approaches, have limitations such as unnatural contrast and noise. The proposed Multi-Level Network Fusion (MFIE-Net) algorithm integrates pre-processing, image fusion, and convolutional neural network-based feature extraction. It employs multi-level network fusion to mitigate down sampling-induced feature loss and incorporates a comprehensive loss function for overall quality enhancement. The Retinex method decomposes images into illumination and reflectance components, addressing uneven lighting conditions. Multi-Scale Network Fusion models local context in multiscale network integration, using weighted features at different scales. The paper explores neural methods' applications, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Neural Style Transfer, Deep Reinforcement Learning, and neural networks in animation, interactive graphics, image enhancement, and 3D graphics. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of image enhancement, introducing three prominent methods: Retinex, Multi-Scale Network Fusion, and Local Context Modeling. Each method has unique advantages, and the choice depends on specific image characteristics and enhancement goals. The research contributes by introducing the innovative MFIE-Net and providing insights into neural methods across diverse computer graphics domains.

Abstract-- This research paper investigates the intricacies of facial recognition technology, crucial in the realms of security systems and surveillance. The human face, a unique identifier conveying information, poses challenges in computer analysis due to the disjunction between our three-dimensional world and predominantly two-dimensional visual sensors. The burgeoning field of artificial intelligence has witnessed the development of diverse facial recognition algorithms, each navigating distinct strengths and weaknesses throughout the detection, feature extraction, and identification processes. In the detection phase, annotation methods such as bounding boxes and semantic segmentation contribute to dataset creation for training convolutional neural networks. Machine learning, with its supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning paradigms, plays a pivotal role in training models to adeptly detect faces. Feature extraction, a critical step in pattern recognition, explores the roles of machine learning, neural networks, and specific face recognition algorithms in identifying common features within datasets. The research underscores the transformative potential of facial recognition technology, envisioning a future where its continuous evolution shapes industries and daily life, unlocking new frontiers in the visual domain.

Opioid dependence crisis continue to pose significant challenges globallyand ,have significant implications for public health social dynamic and the economy. Dependence to opioids can lead to increased rates of morbidity and mortality secondary to different infections. In present study an attempt has been made to see Clinical Profile of Treatment-seeking Opioid Dependent. This is A Cross-sectional Hospital-based Study include 177 opioid dependents patients through convenience sampling procedure the age group of 15-65yrs were screened on Clinical Profile sheet,A Addiction Severity Index-5 Edition ,Subjective Opiate Withdrawal Scale (sows),Clinical Opiate Withdrawal Scale (COWS)finding indicate that the assessment of the clinical and socio-demographic profile of patients with opioid dependence could be crucial for tailoring effective intervention, treatment strategies, and prevention efforts.

This Study Explores Sentiment Analysis on Subreddit Comments to Understand if Certain Topics Elicit More Positive or Negative Sentiment. Challenges Include Sarcasm, GIFs (Visual Content), Diverse Topics, Multimodal Content, and Informal Nature of Texts. We Employ Transformer Models Like BERT, RoBERTa, DistilBERT and XLNet for Analysis, Aiming to Enhance Understanding of Online Discourse Dynamics. Future Work Will Address Visual Data Handling Using Image Processing to Extract a Short Description of the Content to Check Relevancy of Comment.

Bembala is a large irrigation project and freshwater reservoir (dam) built in the Godavari basin across the Bembala River in the Babhulgaon Taluka in the Yavatmal District of Maharashtra state. It is located near Khadak-Sawanga. It is located in latitude 20059' and longitude 78013', 29 kilometers from Yavatmal. The diversity of Ichthyofauna has been investigated from June 2022 to February 2023 at Kolhi station near Falegaon, which is 8 km from the main gate in the backwaters. According to primary inquiry reports, the ichthyofauna are classified into 10 families and the 09 order. 3 species each from the orders Siluriformes, 4-Cypriniformes, 2-Anabantiformes, 1-Anguliniformes, and 1-Osteoglossiformes, 1-Channiformes, 1-Mugiliformes, 2-Perciformes, and 1-Cichliformes were among the sixteen total species that were observed. Cypriniformes order is the most prominent among them. study was conducted for a brief time, however the search is continuing and hope in future the diversity number will goes on increasing. In the coming days we are mainly focus on other seasonal variations relating to diversity, pathogenicity and most importantly their some of the nutritious values.
