Childhood obesity is the major public health problem at both national and international levels. Rapid urbanization and an increase in sedentary lifestyles in the past few decades have led to the rise of silent obesity, especially among children. Obesity has been showing a negative effect on children's growth, both mentally and physically, which gradually shows an effect on their future. Many factors, such as genetic, behavioural, and environmental, cause obesity in children.

The Constitution of India under Article153 provides for the office of the Governor. It provides that the Governor is the nominee of the Central Government and shall be appointed by the President. He is considered to be the Constitutional head of a State. The Governor plays a key role in facilitating Centre-State relations. He acts as a link between the central and state executives. While intended to act as a constitutional bridge between the centre and the states, this office has been embroiled in numerous controversies throughout India's democratic history. Firstly, the controversy surrounding the appointment process of Governors has been a persistent issue. Historically, the Governors have often been chosen for political reasons, leading to allegations of partisanship and favouritism. Such appointments have raised questions about the credibility of the office and its ability to act impartially. Secondly, in order to enable the Governor to perform his role, the Constitution of India has provided the Governor with wide discretionary powers such as the selection of the chief minister; the determination of the timing for proving legislative majority; the demand for information about day-to-day administration; the power to assent bills or reserve bills for consideration by the President; his role as chancellor of universities etc. However, at times the Governor misuses the power entrusted to him thereby causing a friction with the State Governments. This is especially true when the State Governments are ruled by parties other than by a party ruling the Centre. Recent controversies of the Governor with the Governments of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, West Bengal etc. have thus stressed upon the need to revisit the office of the Governor. This research paper focusses on whether there is a need for the office of Governor and if there is a need then how can it be reformed in order to ensure that that the office of the Governor can fulfil its intended role as a guardian of federalism and the Constitution in the Indian political landscape.

ABSTRACT Particularly as a result of novel therapeutic strategies, the science of wound healing is developing quickly. Different herbal ointments have a powerful wound-healing effect and are widely used today. Aim: To establish the efficacy of Panchvalkaladya kshaya (lotion) in the formation of wound beds for the management of wounds. Methodology: Fine powder of the necessary plant part of the Panchvalkadya Yoga (in the same ratio or amount). Then, boil it on the lowest setting until just one fourth of the water is left after adding 16 times the entire amount of water. After that, use a filter to filter it. Kashaya is ready as a result. Patients with infected chronic non-healing wounds received treatment using this. Before and during the duration of treatment, infection symptoms and indicators were rated. Results: In the current clinical trial, a 65.03% overall symptomatic improvement was seen. Therefore, it can be said that this research found a significant or sufficient amount of relief. Conclusion: The majority of cases showed a gradual decrease in the microbial load throughout the course of treatment, showing the formulation's effectiveness in lowering the microbial load and hence limiting infection and promoting wound healing.

Intuition is the ability to acquire knowledge, without recourse to conscious reasoning or needing an explanation. Understanding intuition offers a consideration challenge for science Intuition is that which never goes wrong, otherwise it is not intuition. It increases the ability to take right decision and the right words come at right time. No business can work without intuition. Right from dealing with people to make investment decisions, you have to listen to your gut feeling, if you are apoet or a literary person, you need intuition. If you are a doctor, you need intuition. Doctors don't base the perception just on observation. There is something else that also contributes to the prescription. Intuitive ability will help you get access to subjects which you have not intellectually acquired. Intuition shines through the intellect, but it comes from beyond the intellect. Intuition can be a gift that you are born with, and it can also be developed through the regular practice of meditation

The adoption of Agricultural Technology (AgTech) solutions by agripreneurs is a dynamic and crucial phenomenon within modern agriculture, with the potential to revolutionize traditional farming practices. This study presents a comprehensive exploration of the factors that influence the adoption decisions of agripreneurs concerning AgTech solutions. Based on the review of literature, this paper develops a framework that divides these influencing factors into three main dimensions: demographic, socio-economic, and institutional. The objective of this review was to assess the factors affecting the adoption of agricultural technology solutions. The outcomes revealed that, demographically age and gender shape technology acceptance. Socio-economically, income level, education, and farm size, shape the landscape of AgTech adoption and influence the ability of agripreneurs to embrace these technologies effectively. Institutionally, government policies and support mechanisms, such as subsidies and extension services, play a pivotal role in facilitating technology uptake.

This paper introduces a groundbreaking Smart Borewell Child Rescue System, a comprehensive solution designed to tackle the growing concerns surrounding borewell-related accidents involving children. The system integrates advanced hardware, wireless monitoring technologies, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to offer a proactive and intelligent approach to borewell safety. Employing a network of strategically placed sensors and wireless communication protocols, the hardware architecture enables real-time data processing at a central control unit. The incorporation of AI algorithms enhances the system's intelligence, allowing it to discern between routine activities and emergencies by analyzing sensor data patterns. This intelligent approach minimizes false alarms and ensures timely responses to critical situations. Notably, the system not only focuses on monitoring but actively assists in rescue operations, providing real-time data on the child's location within the borewell. This information aids rescue teams in optimizing efforts, reducing response times, and increasing the likelihood of successful rescue missions. The paper underscores the significance of technology-driven solutions in proactively addressing child safety, showcasing the transformative power of innovation in tackling societal challenges. The Smart Borewell Child Rescue System not only sets a benchmark for borewell safety but also exemplifies a commitment to leveraging technology for the greater good.
