Migration is a long-term movement of individuals from poor regions to rich areas due to various reasons such as war, disease, famine, and climate change. Since the nineteenth century, immigration has become clearer and can be measured and monitored. National and international organizations have begun developing policies around migration and its impacts. Unemployment is the rate of registered unemployed, and promoting immigration may not be an effective strategy for improving job reconciliation. Migration appears to be necessary to balance regional unemployment differentials by moving unemployed individuals from regions with high unemployment rates to those with somewhat low rates. Entry into labor market programs may act as an alternative to immigration for the unemployed, but the importance of "quality" among immigrants (age, education, human capital, and ability to work) is important, which may lead to improvement in re-employment. There is little research on the economic dynamics of migration, but models of decisions for skilled, regionally mobile workers analyze the stability of the situation for a system enlightened by the new economic geography. With the increasing number and effectiveness of international economic and social institutions, the sensitivity to unemployment increased due to the socioeconomic impacts of unemployment. Anthropologists, sociologists, historians, geographers, and economists closely examine the subject of migration and its effects on economic growth and employment. Immigrants contribute to families meeting basic living needs, such as food, shelter, and poverty alleviation. The money that migrants send back to their home countries supports household financial stability and the ability to invest in businesses, property, and other assets in their home country. However, the rates of access to these applications and their use differ socially, economically, and demographically within local communities, especially in developing societies.

On 8th August 1942, the All-India National Congress took the resolution for demanding the colonial authority to quit India. But the colonial government arrested all the top-level leaders of Congress. Assam, an integral part of North East India, witnessed the same situation. Here also all the responsibilities were fell in the hands of the volunteers. The Quit India movement was one of the popular and powerful mass movements in the series of agitations led by Mahatma Gandhi in the course of the freedom struggle. The inhabitants of Assam specially the women jumped into the vortex of struggle with the determination to 'do or die 'in a way that would make every freedom-loving people proud. In Assam the quit India movement took place at Kamrup, Nowgong, Shivsagar, Golaghat, Goalpara, Dhekiajuli, and in various other areas. Assam witnessed an unmatched game of tears and blood during the 1942 quit India movement. The freedom movement of India was not confined to a particular region or to a particular gender, instead, it had spread throughout the country equally. The contribution of freedom fighters of Dhekiajuli in the district of Sonitpur in Assam in the freedom struggle of 1942 was worth mentioning. The women freedom fighters fought bravely with the Britishers for the independence of the country and sacrificed their lives for the motherland. Dhekiajuli, in fact, was the worst scene of police brutality during the quit India phase of the freedom movement in 1942. Several Assamese women, who were members of the Mrityubahini or Santi Sena were the backbone of the movement. This paper aims to pay tribute to those unsung women freedom fighters who deserve recognition but missed the light.

This paper discusses the importance of natural resources in land use planning, focusing on their significance and the reasons for studying and classifying them[1]. By identifying natural resources at the beginning of the planning process, communities can determine where development is most appropriate, avoiding unintended consequences and guiding the plan accordingly. Natural resources should be protected, restored, and preserved through inventory and surveying, as well as management of lands and resources. The concept of land use, which is the final result of a regional plan, is based on natural resources. The types of plans and standards used in the land use plan are crucial, as is the importance of land management in land use and the success of the regional plan. The study emphasizes that natural resources are the basis for developing a land use map and regional plan, with inventorying and resource management being key to creating a balanced and comprehensive regional plan. The Al-Ghab Plain has been attracting development projects since the mid-20th century, leading to scattered population centers and high growth rates. The lack of spatial balance in the distribution of these projects has led to encroachment on agricultural lands and conversion to residential use, depleting many of the resources they contain. This research aims to evaluate the spatial suitability of the comprehensive development project for the Al-Ghab Plain through a spatial analytical methodology that seeks to preserve natural resources represented by agricultural lands and forest forests while not building at their expense. It also aims to develop a vision for the distribution of projects in the most appropriate locations given the characteristics of the place.

Strengthening beams is a crucial aspect of structural engineering, aiming to enhance load-bearing capacity and overall durability. Various methods are employed for this purpose, each tailored to the specific needs and conditions of the structure. One common approach involves affixing steel plates or fiber-reinforced polymers to the beam, effectively bolstering its flexural strength. External post-tensioning, concrete jacketing, and prestressing are techniques that introduce additional forces or materials to improve structural performance. Fiber reinforcement in concrete mixes and grouting injections can enhance tensile strength and address existing vulnerabilities. In this paper we discuss how we can increase the shear strength of beams using prefabricated geopolymer panels placing on the concrete beam surface by anchor bolts with particular

ABSTRACT Deceptive advertising practices have become a ubiquitous issue in today's corporate world, significantly impacting both consumers and competitors. This abstract investigates the varied nature of deceptive advertising and its far-reaching ramifications, shedding insight into its impact on these two important market parties. Deceptive advertising strategies range from making false promises and utilizing misleading visuals to omitting important information. The fundamental goal of such practices is to persuade or influence customers into making purchases based on incorrect or exaggerated information. This, in turn, can have a variety of negative effects on consumers, such as financial losses, unhappiness, and, probably most importantly, a breakdown of trust. Deceptive advertising not only misleads consumers but it also undermines their trust in the marketplace, eroding the overall integrity of firms. Deceptive advertising provides distinct obstacles for competitors in the same business. When competing with corporations that engage in deceptive practices, honest and ethical businesses frequently find themselves at a significant disadvantage. These unscrupulous competitors can obtain an unfair advantage by luring clients with promises they cannot keep. In such cases, consumers who fall victim to deceptive advertising may be initially enticed to the fraudulent company, only to be disappointed when their expectations are not satisfied. This not only leads to a loss of trust but it can also harm the reputation of all enterprises functioning in the field. Furthermore, deceitful advertising adds to the erosion of customer confidence, resulting in widespread skepticism. In a climate of widespread deception, customers begin to question the veracity of all advertising claims, making it increasingly difficult for honest enterprises to win and maintain public trust. Competitors that follow ethical advertising practices face the difficult task of overcoming this widespread skepticism, which can stymie corporate growth and success. Deceptive advertising also promotes unethical competition since competitors may feel driven to use similar deceptive strategies to keep up with dishonest enterprises. The temptation to compete with businesses that use misleading advertising methods might result in a "race to the bottom," in which organizations increasingly engage in unethical practices in order to preserve a competitive advantage. This article will follow a descriptive method of research to study the legal frameworks of deceptive advertisements in India and their impact on consumers and competitors.
