Abstract
The emotional intelligence is a topic that attempts to explain and interprets the man excitement ,feeling and capability status.Mental health is an especual case of psyche that leads to improvement ,development and perfection of human personality, and helps the person to be compatible with him and others. The main purpose of the mental health is to help all individuals to achieve a perfect life, and widespread the recognition and prevention of ethical,emotions and behavioral problems.Taylor(2001)argues that emotionally intelligent people can cope better with life's challenges and control their emotions more effectively.So,this research paper aims to examine the relation between the emotional intelligence and mental health.After analyzing the existing researches it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and mental health.

Abstract
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) technique has been widely adopted in many wireless communication systems due to its high data-rate transmission ability and robustness to the multipath fading channel. One of the major disadvantages of OFDM technique is the high PAPR in the time domain signal. The larger peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) would cause the fatal degradation of BER performance and undesirable spectrum regrowth. One of the promising PAPR reduction methods is the Selective Mapping method (SLM) which can achieve better PAPR performance without signal distortion. The simulation results show that the proposed based SLM-OFDM system provides better PAPR reduction compared to conventional SLM OFDM system.

Abstract
Abstract: The absence of moving components at low temperature end gives the pulse tube refrigerator (PTR) a great leverage over other cryo-coolers like Stirling and GM refrigerators that are conventionally in use for several decades. PTR has greater reliability; no electric motors to cause electromagnetic interference, no sources of mechanical vibration in the cold head and no clearance seal between piston and cylinder. Moreover, it is a relatively low cost device with a simple yet compact design. The objectives of the present work are to understand the basic phenomena responsible for the production of cold effect with the help of simple theoretical models based on ideal behavior of gases and to test a single stage GM type pulse tube refrigerator. Experimental studies consist of cooling behavior of the refrigeration system and suggesting modifications to improve the performance of the PTR.
