The complexes of Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) and Zn(II) N-(3-(furan-2-yl)-3-oxo-1-phenylpropyl)acetamide (FBA) have been synthesized and characterized. The resulting complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, IR and 1H NMR spectral studies. The Mannich base ligand acts as a neutral bidentate, coordinating through the 2-FMK carbonyl oxygen and amide nitrogen atoms. The complexes are non-electrolytic in DMSO. The presence of the coordinated water molecules in all the complexes was indicated by IR spectra of the complexes. From the analytical and spectral data, the three complexes exhibit octahedral geometry and Co(II) complex exibit tetrahedral geometry. The antimicrobial activities of ligand and their complexes were screened by disc diffusion method. It is found that the metal complexes have higher antimicrobial activity than the free ligand.

The main objective of this research is to know that how corporate world is coping up with the pressure of using English language in the present times. English is now the global language of business due to arrivals of Multi National Companies in the business platform. These companies are mandating English as the common corporate language in an attempt to facilitate communication and performance across geographically diverse function and business endeavors.

Gears are usually subjected to fluctuating loads, when gears undergo this type of loads then failure occurs in the gear tooth profile, this can be achieved by changing design parameters in the existing design (or) Exploring the alternative materials for gear manufacturing ,in this Research Work we have changed the Design Parameters and Materials of Gear, to improve Mechanical Properties such as better strength to stiffness ratio, high Hardness, and this work concerned with replacing Aluminium Alloy with aluminium Silicon Metal matrix composite material so as to improve performance of Machine and to have longer working life. Efforts have also been carried out for modelling and finite element analysis of gears using ANSYS 14.5. Gears are prone to failure under continuous running conditions. This kind of failure is based on dynamic characteristics such as unbalanced excitations and critical speeds. When the Gears are rotating at high speeds, their dimensions in length changes over time which causes high vibrations and results in rupture cracks and break down. To reduce the failure of the Gears, it needs in detail Roto-dynamic analysis.

Many data owners are required to release the data in a variety of real world application, since it is of vital importance to discovery valuable information stay behind the data. In existing re-identification attacks on the health care data sets. Such data publish directly to the world that may violate the individual privacy. It is urgent to solve the re-identification risks by using efficient recommendation of de-identification policies to guarantee both privacy and utility of the sensitive data. Using De-identification policies to achieve such requirements, at the same time number of de-identification policies is large due to the quasi-identifier attributes. To control the tradeoff between data utility and data privacy, to select policies skyline computation techniques is used but it is challenging for large number of policies. In this paper, we propose algorithm known Sky-Filter-MR. It is fully based on Map Reduce technique. De-identification policies are used to overcome the challenge of the skyline computing in large policies that are represented by in the form bit-strings. A novel skyline computation scheme was used to remove unqualified policies using the approximate relationship for further improve the performance. In our proposed SKY-FILTER-MR algorithm are Extensive experiments in both real life datasets are out perform approach by up to four times faster. It indicates good scalability in large policy datasets.

Kattunayaka is an ethnic group resides at Wayanad district of Kerala State, where many of the ethnic studies pact with generalization. This research study gives a priority to vowels in Kattunayaka language (a South Dravidian Tribal Language - i.e. SDr.) Moreover a phonemic inventory and the positions where the vowel phonemes occurred, here tries to find out any change causes in Kattunayaka vowel system due to the influence of nearby regional language Malayalam and innate language Kannada during existence. The data is collected during September 2017 to October 2017 mainly from the Kattunayaka communities resides at Southern part of Wayanad district in Kerala State. The elicited data is collected through quantitative and qualitative method using pre-structured questionnaire. 40 informants of both gender consists with youngsters, middle aged and old aged for the study

The universe was born with the Big Bang as an unimaginably hot, dense point. When the universe was just 10^-34 of a second or so old, it experienced an incredible burst of expansion. Our universe is expanding since then. It is a known fact that expansion results in cooling. Observations suggest that the expansion of the universe will continue forever. If so, then a popular theory is that the universe will cool as it expands, eventually becoming too cold to sustain life. For this reason, this future scenario once popularly called heat death is now known as the Big Freeze. This clearly indicates that the temperature would drop to absolute zero at which all molecular motion and biological processes cease. The present paper discusses the very idea that universe is heading towards the state of Absolute Zero.

Electronic resources are essential part of any academic library in the era of e-learning. This study examines the use of e-resources by faculty members and research scholars of Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani (VNMKV). The study also examines the frequency and place in using e-resources. It also examines use of different types of e-resources and purpose of using e-resources by faculties and research scholars of VNMKV. A questionnaire was distributed among the faculty members and research scholars to collect required data. A total of 100 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents; using random sampling method 70 (35 questionnaires of each category) valid samples were collected. The study found that all the faculties and research scholars were aware of e-resources. The analysis reveals that most of the respondents use e-resources daily and prefer morning time in using e-resources. It could be noted that most of the respondents were using e-journals and e-mails frequently. Majority of the respondents were using e-resources to update their knowledge.
