This paper explores the effective approach of road sign detection and recognition for driver assistance systems (DAS). In today's world road conditions drastically improved as past decade. Express highways equipped with increased lane size made up with cement concrete. Obviously speed of the vehicle also increased. Based on the driver point of view there might be chances of neglecting mandatory road sign while driving. Our proposed system to help driver about the road side detection to avoid road accidents. The automatic road sign recognition is an important part of driver assisting systems which helps driver to increase safety and driving comfort. This road sign recognition system is to be divided into two parts, the first part is detection stage which is used to detect the signs from a whole image and the second part is classification stage that classifies the detected sign in the first part into one of the reference signs which are present in the data set. Using RFID (radio frequency identification detector) we insert the RFID card in the road signs boards that it detects road sign by using the bar code of the RFID. Then drive will receive the road sign information with help of RFID receiver. The extensive experimentation has shown that proposed system approach is robust enough to detect and the recognize road signs under varying lighting, rotation and translation condition

In modern world of education distance education is becoming an effective way of providing education to the huge number of untrained primary teachers of India. To meet the learning needs and problems of primary teacher trainees pursuing Diploma in elementary education (D.El.Ed) offered by national institute of open schooling (NIOS), an unique short time face to face mode of interaction session is included in the curriculum of the course called personal contact programme (PCP). The present study is an effort to determine the attitude of the in-service primary teacher trainees toward the PCP. The study revealed positive attitude of trainees for PCP with no significant difference in attitude of both the genders.

In this Paper solar and wind plant is design for use of the common purposes and as we can utilize maximum power according to the gio-graphical situation and can generate power and make a micro grid for the local use in Islanding and Grid connection mode of Micro-grid as per criteria and requirement of the system. In addition, Micro-grid can play very important role in small-scale distributed energy source utilization, so that wheeling cost of energy reduces. Also by use of renewable energy distribution generation, reduces cost so able to provide economical rate of energy for tribal villages.

Abstract : A "mobile ad hoc network" (MANET) is an autonomous system of mobile routers (and associated hosts) connected by wireless links. The routers are free to move randomly and organize themselves arbitrarily; thus, the network's wireless topology may change rapidly and unpredictably. For quick data transmission, we need a routing protocol that adapts to topology changes. In the open, collaborative MANET environment, practically any node can maliciously or selfishly disrupt and deny communication of other nodes. In MANET secure data transmission is one of the best issue. We are doing enhancement in the secure data transmission in MANET using trust based multipath routing protocols. We are plotting graph of trust based secure data transmission with existing system by consideration factors Packet delivery ratio, End to end packet delay, Throughput.

Vaccines and its introduction into the world helped in the improvement of public healthcare standards. However, the limitations posed by the injectable vaccines led to the development of more easily accessible and orally viable edible vaccines. Edible vaccines could be produced by biolistic methods, Agrobacterium mediated gene transfer and genetically engineered plant virus. These contain certain elements of antigen which are absorbed by intestinal lining and its response triggers the immune system which counteracts the antigen. The best part of these edible vaccines is that they are cheap, easily administrable, storable and are bio-friendly. Clinical trials have been successfully performed on various applications of edible vaccines such as Norovirus, Influenza and Hepatitis. Edible vaccine is a novel, yet rapidly developing technology and holds the potential to be the new face of modern pharmaceuticals.
