 Abstract

This research paper will represent the field of knowledge, giving a high value summary of Reasoning, with key issues and aims. The escalating curiosity to understand symbolic representation, with reasoning, brought their backstage functionalities into the forefront to precisely identify the technicality of subfields of KBS in GFPN and APN models of AI. This OR study is to encompass a complete array of problem-solving logics, methods and techniques in our pursuit to enhance decision making process and efficiency. It is to understand the application and implications of Knowledge representation scheme, which become useless without its capability to reason of basis with them. In 1960, Marvin Minsky, John McCarthy, Herbert Simon, and Allen Newell were simply enthusiastic in conducting AI research and wrote astonishing programs. Since that time, the basic knowledge, its representation and connected reasoning concepts have been examined, and debated by several philosophers of the early Greeks, and they are not yet completely demystified. KR is the main purpose in AI and cognitive science. Thereafter, we will analyze prevailing requirement of different systems, and the fundamental essence, gathered from the system, and find its need for the system. We will also discuss and implement project details, and eventually conclude by drawing the threads of experimental results for our future extension and needs.

 Abstract

. The National Highway development programme (NHDP) is carried out by National Highway Authority of India. In India as well as in the whole world transport system plays a very important role in the development of the country as an economic way. In other ways also such as development of agriculture and industries. It also helps us to reduce poverty by creating employment. Our project deals with the detailed study on Rehabilitation and Upgradation of NH-4 from Nalagampalli to AP/Karnataka Border (from existing Km 171.590/ Design Km172.00 to existing Km216.912/ design Km219.687)(Design length =47.68Km) to four lane under NHDP=4 in the state of Andhra Pradesh on EPC mode. The study includes that material production, tests on materials and mix designs, which involves in up-gradation of highway. The project is carried out by the company DILIP BUILDCON LIMITED. _

 Abstract

Arsenic toxicity is a serious health problem that affects millions of population around the globe. Monitoring and removal of arsenite in the environment becomes inevitable. Microbial arsenite detoxification pathway involving the ars operon system offers a cost-effective and efficient opportunity in both detection and biodegradation of arsenic. Most of the arsR gene that encodes the regulatory protein of the plasmid-encoded arsenic resistance operon is inducible by arsenic. The arsR gene encodes homodimeric trans-acting metalloregulatory repressor protein ArsR. In silico studies reveal the binding of arsenic to arginine at the N-terminal metal binding pocket of ArsR protein in Enterobacter cloacae BC2. The presence of arginine residue that involves in As (III) binding at catalytic binding site implicates the vital role of N-terminal residues in arsenic removal. Docking studies indicated that arsenate binds with ArsR selectively and more efficiently than other heavy metals. The recombinant E.coli strainbearing arsR gene have efficient ArsR (12kDa) expression with 93% efficiency in removing arsenic at the concentration of 50ppb of As (III) and 70% removal rate at the concentration of 1000ppb of As (III). The present study provides us the possibility of using engineered recombinant E. coli expressing arsRgene as an inexpensive alternative solution for arsenite removal from contaminated environment.

 Abstract

The medical information relevance model plays a vital role to retrieve accurate results regarding the medical information and also enhancing the decision making power. Integrating the medical knowledge bases has the potential to improve the information retrieval performance through incorporating medical domain knowledge for relevance assessment. In this project, we propose a medical information retrieval system with a two-stage query expansion strategy, which is able to effectively model and incorporate the latent semantic associations to improve the performance. Hence, we use incremental PRF and latent semantic relevance model to retrieve accurate results.

 Abstract

: Attacks remains major issue, the alleviation is hard especially in highly distributed systems. Since the size of the Network overload increases, the intrusion detection rate also increases for the reduction of conjunction. In this, we discuss about distributed denial of service (DDos) attack and by how it is overcomed in Advanced Metering Infrastructure. The interaction between the customer and AMI network make AMI vulnerable to Threats. We introduce honeypot to detect and store the information about the attacker. Finally the result show that our proposed system improves the detection rate and energy consumption. Also ensures security to the AMI networks in Smart grid.
