Environmental Risk Assessment (ERA) is a powerful technical and analytical set of instruments for analyzing adverse environmental impacts, and has found some application in supporting the decision-making process over the last two decades. Risk assessment provides information on potential health or ecological risks, and risk management is the action taken based on consideration of that and other information. Risk assessment techniques identify and evaluate potential losses and that can be easily expanded to include adverse environmental effects. It provides theoretical and scientific frameworks for environmental risk management and decision making. Environmental Risk Management (ERM) is becoming a critical component of corporate strategy. Until the 1960s, there was a little concern with environmental risk on the part of business, governments and societies. Environmental risk management was termed command and control basically involved compliance with various regulations. Compliance responsibilities were typically handled by Engineering Departments with little involvement of risk managers. Companies and organizations must assess, mitigate, and monitor certain risks involved with their daily operations. A specific area of risk that must be identified is that on the local and global environment. Accidents, natural events, and deliberate assaults are all possible ways for an enterprise to cause pollution or other risks. This paper presents an environmental risk assessment and management research to assess the basic concept, methods and results as well as their applications and also discuss the existing problems and corporate strategies practices prospectus for decision making.

No doubt that technology serves lives but the real moral problem of the system is that ultimately all choices have become mechanical one especially students have become mechanical without ethical values; the basis of life, and to reduce this materialistic aptitude and frustration, teaching humanities is the core need to understand the human condition and thereby improve it and then those intellectual changes must be supported by institutional structure. The thrust of the paper is to discuss and explore that the purpose of life is not merely get success but attain fame which can only be possible when success is neatly interwoven with humanity.

On November 8, 2016, government has announced a major change by demonetising the high value currency notes of Rs.500 and Rs.1000 denomination to stop corruption and huge circulating black money. The main objectives of this present research work are the positive and negative impact of demonetisation on GDP, banking sectors and agriculture sector. This study is theoretical in nature and based on completely secondary data obtained from various appropriate research journals, books and newspapers. After the study, it is confirmed that demonetisation effects on different sectors mainly small and medium sectors, agricultural production, construction of buildings, banking and financial sectors and also countries GDP. After demonetisation people are waiting for a much better in future.

Abstract- The present work is based on the thermo-elastic properties of some nanomaterials under the effect of high temperature. There are various thermo-elastic properties out of them the volume thermal expansion(v/v0) is calculated. We have derived a new integral form of equation of state (IFEOS) in which we have assumed that the Anderson-Gruneisen parameter (?T) varies with temperature. This equation of state has been applied to eleven nanomaterials like Fullerene, 20nm-Ni and 15nm-(80Fe+20Ni), Ag, Zirconia, ZnO, TiO2, NiO, Al, AlN/Al 39%, AlN/Al 11%. We have compared our results with the experimental data . The results obtained from our equation are in an excellent agreement with the experimental data. Our equation of sate is simpler and more compact than the equation of states which are published earlier and available in literature.

Employee retention strategies play an important role in organizations because it affects workers? performance. The study investigated the various employee retention strategies and its effect on workers? performance. Five (6) organizations were selected by simple random sampling technique. They were stratified into three (3) public sector and three (3) private service organizations. Through proportional allocation method of the stratified sampling technique, a total of 120 respondents were selected. Questionnaires were either self-administered or through the face-to-face interview. The data was edited and analyzed with the aid of SPSS software programme. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used in the analysis. The study found out that employee retention strategies impacted positively on workers? commitment and performance. It was therefore recommended that employee retention strategies should be allowed to function properly in an organization which persuaded workers to stay in an organization.
