Technology is a evergoing process. We must be able to design a product using the technology that will be beneficial to the lives of others is a huge contribution to the community. This project gives the implementation and design of a feasible yet flexible and secure cell phone based home automation system. This design is based on a Arduino BT board and the home appliances are connected to the input/ output ports of this board via various components. The communication between the cellular phone and the Arduino board is via Electromagnetic waves. It is designed to be low cost and scalable allowing variety of devices to be controlled while keping its basic functionality same. Protection by password is being used to only allow authorization of users so that they can access the appliances at home. Privacy and Security are two universal rights and, to ensure that in our daily life we are secure, a lot of research is going on in the field of home security, and IoT is the turning point for the industry, where we connect everyday objects to share data for our betterment. Facial recognition is a well-established process in which the face is detected and identified out of the image.

One of the most common and difficult topic of philosophy is the problem of universals. According to Raja Ram Dravid, broadly we have two kinds of knowledge about things: sensuous and conceptual. Sensuous knowledge is the knowledge of sensation which presents a concrete and particular aspect, whereas conceptual knowledge is the knowledge of ideas, which is dependent upon knowing through the use of reason. There are mainly three views, namely, realism, nominalism and conceptualism. The Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika and Mi?ma?m?sa? schools advocate realism, they believe that both the particulars and the universals are objectively real. The doctrine of sa?ma?nya or ja?ti in Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika philosophy is the starting point of the controversy over universals in Indian Philosophy. The Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika takes realistic stand in its extreme form in formulating sa?ma?nya or ja?ti. According to the Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika, the external world reveals both diversity and unity. It holds that if there is no bond of unity among the things, then their comprehension would be beyond the reach of human intellect. Hence, the Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika gives the name sa?ma?nya or ja?ti to these common features. One can analyze that the theory of the universal as an objective reality is the basic tenet of the Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika realism. For them universals are eternal and independent common characters that inhere in all members of a class. Nya?ya claims that without universals no proper accounting can be given to natural classes. Again, without universals no proper account can be given, for laws of nature such as that heat expands bodies. The Nya?ya-Vais?es?ika explains the theory of universals from its pluralistic and realistic standpoint. They do not accept the universals at the cost of the particulars. The particulars are there, and they are united under the roof of the highest universal existence.

 Abstract

The analysis of gene expression datasets discover local structures composed by set of genes which lead to the development of sophisticated algorithms capable of extracting novel and useful knowledge from biomedical point of view. In the medical domain, these patterns are useful for understanding various diseases, and aid in more accurate diagnosis, prognosis, treatment planning, as well as drug discovery. Statistical measures evaluate a gene set theoretically, but the biological significance proves the real quality of the extracted genes. The Gene Ontology (GO) tool renders the biological significance in terms of function of the genes in the gene set. In this paper Rough Computing models such as Rough K-Mean Quick Reduct (RKMQR) and Weighted Rough Neural Network (WRNN) proposed and implemented for dengue gene expression dataset to find the marker genes. The biological significance of selected genes such as Biological Process, Cellular Component and Molecular Function are discussed and analyzed.
