 Abstract

In the present investigations, effect of carbohydrates viz., Various carbon sources like sucrose, glucose, dextrose, amylose and lactose against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.capsici causing chilli wilt (Capsicum annum ) were studied. The results of experiment revealed that among the sugars used, Amylose most effectively restricts the mycelial growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. capsici followed by Lactose , Glucose, Dextrose and sucrose respectively.

 Abstract

Tourism is very much part of the globalization process. It is sound to analyse whether the tourism industry requires the marketing efforts as in the case of other products. In fact, the tourism industry requires a reliable and effective communication system to ascertain the wishes, needs, motivations, likes and dislikes of tourists. Moreover, tourism promoting measures are purported to reach a large number of people of different needs, tastes and attitudes in various lands of diverse socio-economic structures. The purposes of this study are: a) to identify reasons why tourism is in poor state. b) To identify potentials for sustainable tourism development. This study also aims to identify tourists preferred destinations. The results of the empirical study which revealed motivational factors, preferred tourists and tour operators. Major findings and implications are discussed.

 Abstract

Since ages India has been male domineer society but that system is revamping now. Women in India scandalize the fact that since thousands of years they had been following the orders of men. Now they came to know their rights and duties and spreading awareness amongst the women. They are equal to the men they are running with men at the same pace in each and every sector. Rural women constitutes the family, which leads to society and nation. Social economic development of women is necessary for overall economic development of any society or country. Entrepreneurship plays an imperative role in the growth of any society. Development of entrepreneurship is major requirement for the industrial growth. Entrepreneurial skills are essential for the industrialistation and for alleviation of mass unemployment and poverty. Entrepreneurship refers to the act of setting up a new business or reviving an existing business so as to take advantages from new opportunities. Thus the entrepreneur scope shapes the economy by creating new wealth and new jobs and by inventing new products and services. The aim of the study is to discuss the issues regarding women entrepreneurship in rural India. The factors which are motivating to become an entrepreneurs are discussed. To identify these issues the author has reviewed different research articles, reports and the major problems of rural women entrepreneurship are also analyzed and some suggestions are also made in this paper.

 Abstract

Accountability and supervision for the process engineering related to the corporate client are a much-needed requirement for the institutional organizations to have a systematic and improved response system. The organizational collaboration for the services and for the retention activities are required to be automated as the companies will have a large base in terms of the integrated client from multiple environments.  Abstract

Momrdica dioica Roxb. (cucurbitaceae), has been commonly used as a medicinal vegetable for cooking purpose. It is traditionally used diabetes, blood pressure, fever, migraine , liver disorders, intestinal worm infestation, stomach disorder etc. secondary metabolite are belong to such classes compound which are known to show curative activity against several aliments in man and human and there for could explain the use of traditional of medicinal plant for the treatment of illness. The present study was undertaken to explore the phytochemical constituents of whole plant extract of Momordica dioica roxb. Preliminary phytochemical analysis revealed the presence of secondary metabolite such as saponins, terpenoids, alkaloids, tannins flavonoids in ethanolic extract and aqueous extract and absence of phytosterols in both aqueous ethanolic extract

 Abstract

Deep neural nets with a large number of parameters are very powerful machine learning systems. However, over fitting is a serious problem in such networks. Large networks are also slow to use, making it difficult to deal with over fitting by combining the predictions of many different large neural nets at test time. Dropout is a technique for addressing this problem. The key idea is to randomly drop units (along with their connections) from the neural network during training. This prevents units from co-adapting too much.
