Abstract There are three form of Education as- Formal, Informal and Non-Formal. In this Education system, Informal Education is the valuable form of Education, where people gather a huge knowledge that helps native people to survive this world. In this Informal Education, there have no curriculum no school boundary. People learn many thing from this sector. In this Informal Education many thing that have increase the learning probability. Traditional Knowledge is one of them that enhance tendency to learn Informal Education. Crab Hunting also a traditional job that has been learning through Informal Education. Traditional knowledge is a kind of knowledge that involves innovations and practices of indigenous and local people around the world. It developed from experience gained over the many years and adapted to the local culture and environment. We will discuss how Traditional Knowledge has been making a great impact to the Informal Education.

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of brand sacralization on the purchase intention among youngsters through social media environment. This paper identifies the intermediating roles of brand loyalty and brand attitude towards brand sacralization. The study was conducted among youngsters from south part of Kerala. The data was gathered from 250 respondents having the age group between 15 to 30 years which includes both students and working category with the help of questionnaires. The variables that influence the brand sacralization phenomenon are social media interaction, brand attitude and brand loyalty to measure the purchase intention. Further, this study examined the gender perception. To verify this multiple linear regression analyses method used. The study found out that there is significant relation between brand sacralisation and purchase intention among youngsters. The authors also found out that there is a positive relation between brand attitude and brand loyalty to brand sacralisation. The study reveals that gender perceptions will significantly influence brand sacralisation. The study helps to provide a thorough understanding of gender perceptions towards brand sacralisation. Index Terms: Social Media, Brand Sacralisation, Multiple Regression, Purchase Intention, Brand loyalty.

This paper proposes the methodology for implementing an IP core for the FPGA and custom GNU radio block for a simple flowgraph in GNU radio to be run on Soc. A simple IP core such as multiplier is implemented in Hardware Description Languages (HDL), and driven as GNU Radio Block. The focus of this paper is on testing the implemented design on Zedboard and GNU radio in combination with Vivado 2016.4. Firstly in the beginning of the paper we will have a general introduction to a common method to program any FPGA device. Further, it has description and specification of the Zedboard and FPGA used. A brief description about the softwares used. An overview of the custom IP design and AXI peripheral bus has been discussed in the paper. This paper also gives a brief idea about building own project and creating a binary file and creation bootable SD card for Zedboard with the custom IP in it. Finally on the Software side, about GNU Radio and creating custom Blocks in GUN Radio Companion(GRC) is discussed in the paper. Analog Devices supports this implementation methodology. This paper is concluded with possible modification in the proposed methodology.

This paper tries to study on the practices of cross-cultural communication of MSMEs in Tiruchirapalli district. This study aims in addressing different cross-cultural problems such as standards, practice, culture and customs of migrant workers working in MSMEs of Tiruchirapalli district. Cross-Cultural Communication is a Communication between people of different cultures. culture is the set of beliefs, values, norms, customs, traditions, habits, morals, laws, and practices commonly shared by individuals who interact in a specific area of society. A field of study that looks at how people from differing cultural backgrounds communicate, in similar and different ways among themselves, and how they endeavour to communicate across cultures. The Micro- Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are small sized entities, defined in terms of their size of investment. The study reveals the practical cultural difficulties faced by migrant workers.

The startup ecosystem in India has transformed the country in different aspects recently.Startup ecosystem are driven by several factors such as funding, innovative ideas, services, platform etc. Startups are growing in almost all parts of India, driving a new job opportunities. Startups are now a days receiving much attention from the research scholars and corporate specialists. However, startups are shutting down within a short span of time. In this paper, exploratory data analysis has been performed to find out the factors affecting a startupstability in Delhi, NCR (India). Experimental results have been shown with the help of tables and figures showing the impact of different influential factors for startupstability, thus helps in understanding of startup ecosystem.

Aim: To investigate the evaluation of various extract of antidiabetic activities of pet.ether, ethyl acetate and ethanolic extract combination of herbal drug. Method: The shade dried herbal drug Trigonella foenum graecum and Withania somnifera powder was extracted with pet.ether, ethyl acetate and ethanol by continuous hot percolation method using Soxhlet apparatus. Results: There was a recognize increment in the body weight in STZ fed group (p<0.001), which was reduced by administration of higher dose of ethyl acetate and ethanolic extract of Trigonella foenum graecum and Withania somnifera (200 mg/kg) than lower dose of ethyl acetate and ethanolic extract of Trigonella foenum graecum and Withania somnifera (100 mg/kg). Evaluate the plasma lipid profile and plasma lipoprotein such as HDL, VDL, VLDL and total cholesterol. The effect of tissue lipid content was free cholesterol, ester cholesterol, phospholipid, triglyceride and free fatty acid. This finding provides some biochemical basis for the use of various extract of dried herbal drug Trigonella foenum graecum and Withania somnifera as hypolipidemic agent having preventive and therapeutic effect against anti-diabetics. Conclusion: Thus, the results of the present study indicate that extracts of highdose, especially the ethanolic extract, showed a significant effect by attenuating the above lipid peroxidation in streptozotocin diabetes.

This article aims to present a comprehensive view of the Foster Care system in Karnataka, the matter of the adaptation of State Guidelines, the implementation of these guidelines and the loopholes within the current system. The strategy of this presentation has been to offer the two major case studies - one that looks at the current status of Foster Care in Karnataka (Home State to the researchers, currently), and then at the current system of Foster Care in Rajasthan (one of the only States in India reputed for having a fully functioning, government authorised system). As a result of these discussions, the chapter will propose a new model of Foster Care - one that takes into consideration the existence of Foster Care as a system of child care and protection, separate from the model of adoption. It will also look at the link between adoption and Foster Care, and whether this link should exist. This model also aims at providing solutions for the current limitations of the system as well as some form of risk analysis, that may present as warning signs for the system in the future.

Route with Indian Constellation (NaVIC) is the operational name given for Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) created by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) for precise situating applications. In no distant future, the airplanes that are operable in the Indian area will be hand-held with IRNSS L5 and S-band recurrence estimations. The fleeting inclinations comprehend the sign conduct that helps for the security of airplane applications. We proposed a Recursive Least Squares (RLS) method to display the ionospheric range blunder as needs be with latitudinal and longitudinal angle data. The calculation turned out for double recurrence L5 and S-band signs and GPS L1 estimations acquired from IRNSS beneficiaries situated at a low-scope point (16.23oN, 80.44o E). To notice occasional slope varieties, the proposed model run for three long periods of September equinox, December solstice, and geomagnetic-upset action information. The separate all out electron content (TEC) with mean and greatest angles for multi-recurrence signals are talked about. There will be ionospheric gradients which will hugely impact on geomagnetic distributed ionospheric conditions and these decrease the accuracy of the NaVIC satellite system to avoid this we came with the idea of ionospheric gradient analysis using weighted least square algorithm for NaVIC L5 signals.
