The performance of AlGaN/GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) that were passivated with Si3N4 region at the gate terminal and simulated with Sapphire substrate . Output characteristics, transfer characteristics, threshold voltage and the cut off frequency of the device are observed. The device exhibits a threshold voltage VT= -4V, peak current is about 500mA, sub-threshold slope of 185mV/dec and unity current gain cut off frequency fT=73.6GHz. All simulations are made using SILVACO software.

: This paper intends implementation of Widrow-Hoff LMS algorithm to cancel out the noise added to the desired signal. We have taken mixture of sinusoidal signals as input signal and desired signal is also a sinusoidal signal from the input signal. We implement an Adaptive Tone Canceller(ATC) on an FPGA and use the LMS algorithm as the adaptive filtering algorithm of the Adaptive Tone Canceller. Adaptive Tone Canceller is a real-time system that requires high sampling rate, thus FPGA is a good choice, also for its low cost, high speed and reprogram ability.A 5 tap adaptive filter is considered as a system which can adapt the the coefficients after 80 samples.

ABSTRACT Water-related diseases continue to be one of the major health problems globally. An estimated 4 billion cases of diarrhoea annually represented 5.7% of the global disease burden in the year 2000 (WHO 2002). One of the major strategies for tackling this problem is the installation of protected sources such as boreholes, standpipes or wells to provide water of better quality. However, such communal facilities are located some distance from the home, requiring collection and transport from the source and subsequent storage of water within the household. It has frequently been observed that the microbiological quality of water in vessels in the home is lower than that at the source, suggesting that contamination is widespread during collection, transport, storage and drawing of water (Van Zijl 1966; Lindskog & Lindskog 1988). This contamination may lessen the health benefits of water source improvements.Hence present study is undertaken to study the contamination of drinking water of Kalaburagi.

Every democratic government relies on constitutional principles for its existence and progress. In a multicultural society, the growing relevance of devolution of power cannot be undermined, if the governments are generally and sincerely committed to the freedom of various groups in society. Along with this, the pressure of aspiring groups and primordial loyalties in traditional societies is far more complex than it first appears. Democratic governments can use coercive force against its own people only to a certain extent, but the risk might be large. Thus modern governments must avoid threat perception from the state authorities to its citizens, but rather play the role of cooperation and cohabitation with marginalized and sectarian groups. The goal is to discourage any kind of threat to the very existence of nation state, and governments must intervene to give beneficial treatment to all sections of the population. Thus both cooperative and competitive federalism are becoming increasingly important in the functioning of modern states.

Medical Diagnosis System plays vital role now a days. They are used for treatment of Disease. In present time there are many technologies and innovation like scanning system supporting the doctors in their clinical decision making. But this is much costly and thus due to this poor and needy people are not able to use this services.[15] This leads to increasing the death rate. The healthcare industries collect large amount of data that are not feasible to handle manually. Due to advancement in technologies today many hospitals use information and generate relation among them. Data mining is the techniques used for prediction of disease. In this papers there are different techniques used for prediction of Disease.

Peace process upheld human race with the entities of peace and non violence. These two entities are inseparable. Peace is the fruit that has attain through non violent techniques after settling dispute. In this article we have discussed a ideas of peace saint or mahatma i.e; Mahatma Gandhi and his teachings in attaining global peace. The concept of global peace has been hindered by many challenges that includes both man made and natural. The humanity, forgiveness and non violence as the positive understanding of give and take that is the rational behavior of peace. Over the centuries world civilization faces conflict from stone age to nuclear age. Human race has developed and enlightened his virtue and through this individual realistic behavior Gandhi believes that soul force gives perpetual peace one day.

The scalability and flexibility of cloud is attracted by everyone. Data sharing and storing are facilitated in cloud. Due to its directness, data sharing is always deployed in a private environment and vulnerable to security threats. Yet the costly certificate verification in the traditional public key infrastructure (PKI) setting becomes a bottleneck for this solution to be scalable. This project proposes a new idea called Forward Secure ID-Based Ring Signature. It allows an ID-Based ring signature to have forward security. With further improvements in distributed computing, information sharing has never been less demanding and a further survey on the information sharing gives comes about which can be invaluable both to the general public and people. While considering a vast number of clients, information sharing needs to consider issues like optimization, data integrity and mystery of the information possessed. It assists gives the owner of the information to anonymously verify his/her information which can be further placed in cloud for further survey later. The burden for the Ring Signature is the costly declaration confirmation in the customary open key foundation (PKI). To beat this burden, Identity-based (ID-based) ring mark can be utilized which wipes out the procedure of authentication check. This paper examines about upgrading the security of the ID-based ring mark assist by giving forward security. Considering a situation wherein the mystery key of a particular client is bargained then what is done is that all the beforehand created marks will in any case stay substantial. By doing this, we dispense with the dull occupation of re-confirming the mystery key of the client. This ends up being worthwhile in situations where there is vast scale information sharing. This paper facilitates talks about expanding the productivity, security and gives calculations in order to execute the framework and demonstrate its reasonableness.
