 Abstract

Over the last few years, Wireless Sensor Networks acquire a significant growth in the domain of varied applications due to its adaptable behavior. This paper imposes a concise introduction on Wireless Sensor Network. In WSN, the sensor nodes are equipped with constraint resources such as limited memory size, limited battery power, limited bandwidth etc., that cause the degradation in performance and energy dissipation. To improve the performance and lifetime of sensor network, a fuzzy logic approach is discussed here. This paper also discusses the integration of Geographic Information System (GIS) with Wireless Sensor Network (WSN).

 Abstract

Determining the climate variability in India is very difficult. However the analyse is essential in order to determine the factors that affecting the monsoon of India. Finding the factors affecting the NEM and SWM would create a great impact and it will surely benefit to Indian agriculture and Indian economy. The variation on SST of Pacific Ocean is EL NINO and in Indian Ocean termed as Indian Ocean Dipole. The main aim of this project is to determine the climate variability which is based on variation of Sea Surface Temperature, and also to determine the impact of EL NINO and IOD in Indian Monsoon (Both NEM, SWM).Monthly mean SST anomaly data is used for analysing the SST variation in CWDA tool of a remote sensing software. Rainfall data from IMD also used for analysing the rainfall variability and for creating monsoon variability map. The drought years after 2000 is 2002 and 2009. Both are an EL NINO years. We have found the influence of monsoon variability by EL NINO (2002, 2004, 2009, and 2014) and IOD (2003, 2006). The strong EL NINO decrease the SWM about 30% than the average and increase the NEM about 20% than the average. The moderate EL NINO decrease both the SWM, NEM about 15-20% than the normal. The high vulnerable zones of PEN strong are UP, central and Western. The moderate zones are Southern, Tamilnadu and Bengal. The low vulnerable zones are Himalayan and Eastern states.

 Abstract

Language is essentially a means of communication among the members of a society. It is a prerequisite for transmitting knowledge and common understanding from one person to another. There is an intimate relationship between knowledge and power. Power determines the kind of knowledge we acquire, particularly language. The purpose of this paper is to show the role of English in the present world. There are practical reasons for using English as a mode of communication especially in higher education as most of the academic research is published in English that helps students to stay connected with their field and contemporary world. In many technical fields, much of the content and vocabulary is available in English (dissertations and research).

 Abstract

In multi-machine power system the order of the states matrix is very large. The main objectives of order reduction is to design a controller of lower order which can effectively control the original high order system so that the overall system is of lower order and easy to understand. The state space matrices of the reduced order system are chosen such that the dominant eigenvalues of the full order system are unchanged. The other system parameters are chosen using the PSO with objective function to minimize the mean squared errors between the outputs of the full order system and the outputs of the reduced order model when the inputs are unit step. This paper presents a comparatively study of design of fast output sampling feedback controllers via reduced order model using Particle PSO method, and Davison method technique for multi-machine system.

 Abstract

In the most recent decade, with no uncertainty, web-based social networking i.e. informal organization stages that are basically made so as to collaborate with each other, for example, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google +, Tumblr, Instagram, Flickr, Myspace, Blogs, YouTube, or any user generated content sites increased tremendous access in everyday life including people and associations. These informal organization stages, particularly Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, were developed in such quick pace way that even the big companies including Microsoft, Google, and so forth has changed their procedures, and adjusted social network platforms exceptionally well. That was the time when individuals, and little associations who did not have stage for client created content, needed to pay expense to transfer their substance over Internet. The vast majority of little organizations were utilizing privately bought platform to disseminate and share their substance; though, people were restricted to post their substance; Emails and IMs were utilized as often as possible to share their content, pictures, recordings, and so on. By the year 2004, openly/free social network platforms turned out to be so normal/simple to utilize and were enormously effective. Platforms could give clients to share content effortlessly. Independent companies began utilizing social networks to advance their business. Veterans were effortlessly associated with their clients and followers to give assistance and data they are searching for. Upon such fast development of these online social media platforms; benefits, rewards and openings are uncountable, be that as it may, it likewise accompanied dangers and security issues.

 Abstract

Let G(V,E) be a graph. A proper coloring of a graph G assigns colors to the vertices of G, such that any two vertices joined by an edge are given different colors. A dominator coloring of a graph G is a proper coloring such that every vertex dominates all the vertices in at least one color class. Based on the concepts of dominator coloring and power domination, a new coloring concept called power dominator coloring of a graph G was introduced. The power dominator chromatic number is the minimum number of colors required for a power dominator coloring of a graph G. In this paper, we obtain the power dominator chromatic number of certain classes of graphs.

 Abstract

Thiruvattar occupies an important position from the early period onwards. During the ninth century A D, this place was an important religious centre of Vishnavism. It was buffer state between Panday, Ay kings, Cholas and Venad Kings. The first ruler of Travancore, Marthanda Varma and his able minister Ramayyan Dalawa gave much importance to Thiruvattar temple. During the time of Marthanda Varma Nawab of Arcot invaded Thiruvattar, but with the help of God Adhikeasava of Thiruvattar ,the place Thiruvattar was safeguard from foreign invasion.
