Education is a key element in the process of development. Education and development are the two sides of the same coin. The main aim of education is all-round development i.e. physical, mental, spiritual, social, moral, political, technical and economic development. At present there are so many challenges in the society. They are alcoholism, drug-addiction, teenage pregnancy, pollution, malnutrition, unemployment, corruption, violation of human rights, domestic violence, sexual harassment, terrorism and so on. The four pillars of education are: 1. learning to know; 2. learning to do; 3. learning to live together and 4. learning to be. At present the main aim of education is shifted from character development to career development. Majority of people feel that education for earning and employment. All the students are learning many things in the educational institutions since childhood but only few students are doing/applying the learned things in their daily life. There is an urgent need to motivate all the students and people to practice the learned values and moral education in their practical lives. In the present paper an attempt has been made to expose the practice of moral education in real life. Fight for right and never give up are the most important morals in the present paper.

This research aimed to observe the effect of music on blood pressure and heart rate. A sample of 30 people was recruited through convenient sampling. Experimental (cross over design) research is used as treatment is applied on the participants more than two times. Soothing music and soft rock music (lyrical and instrumental) is used in this research. Blood pressure monitor is used for taking the readings. Data collected through these variables and measures were analyzed and reported. Calculation was done using the one-way-ANOVA and by applying the t-test on the collected data. It was assumed that listening to the soothing music will reduce blood pressure and pulse rate as compared to the soft rock music, and listening to the instrumental music rather than the vocal music will reduce the pulse rate and blood pressure. But the test result showed no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate after making them listening the pre-decided music. We compared resting levels of heart rate and mean arterial pressure to all types of music through T-tests. Our results indicated no significant differences in heart rate or blood pressure.

This paper describes the development of smart campus using Internet of Things technology. Through smart campus, it is possible that a campus is connected via online by the outside entity, so that the teaching approach based on technology can be conducted in real time. This research was conducted in smart education (eLearning, Personalized Learning, Virtual Classroom), smart parking (a parking system that provides the information about available parking lot and the information that the parking lot has been full) and smart room (system that provides information related to the classroom that is being used or vacant). The main aim is to design of smart campus system that includes smart education development, smart parking and smart room.

Compression refers to reducing the amount of data bits which used to represent store and/or transmit file content, without excessively reducing the amount of the input data. Data Compression technique can enables exact reproduction of the input data on decomposition which leads to loss in compressed data. The Adaptive Huffman Algorithm with FGK process used to compress the particular set of files without loss of data but the expected result of compression is very poor. To overcome the poor compression, it will be modified along with Vitter algorithm. Vitter Algorithm helps to compress the total number of data files and to produces the better efficiency but the drawback was the execution time of data file. Since it requires more execution time, more space, results are in in efficient of the compressed data. So to rectify the arising problems, this paper introduced Modified Adaptive Huffman algorithm along with Lempel-Ziv-Welch (LZW) Algorithm. Lempel-Ziv-Welch is a data based technical algorithm which compresses the repetitive sequences of data very well. LZW requires no earlier data about the information stream and it can pack the info stream in one single go with its straight forwardness and enabling quick execution to bring the first content information document with highest compression ratio.

Cloud computing has become more popular in terms of providing resources and services to the costumers. In cloud service provider perspective profit is one of the most important consideration. Profit can be determined by the configuration of cloud service platform under given market demand. At present single long term renting scheme is used which has some of the drawbacks like resource wastage, no guaranteed service quality. To overcome these drawbacks, in this paper we are proposing a double resource renting scheme. A double resource renting scheme is the combination of short-term renting and long-term renting aiming at resolving the existing issues. Secondly, service system is assumed as M/M/m+D queuing model and the performance indicators are also analyzed. Here the waiting time(D) is not fixed like the existing system. Thirdly, a profit maximization problem is formulated for the double renting scheme and solved to obtain optimized configuration of cloud platform. Finally, a series of calculations are conducted to compare the profit of our proposed scheme with that of existing scheme. Obtained results specify that our proposed scheme not only guarantee the quality of all requests but also generated profit more than the existing system.

The challenges of vehicle detection in aerial surveillance include camera motions, panning, tilting and rotation. Airborne platforms at different heights result in different sizes of target objects. We design a key point merging method for counting number of cars. This paper mainly consists of screening, feature extraction process, key point classification, grouping of number of key points, merging the key points. Set of consistent key points can be identified by using feature extraction process.
