 Abstract

There are too many visualization techniques which may confuse when and what should be used for the problem understanding. The basic purpose of visualization helps to communicate information and patterns to other, they can explain data using a small space and it can be easily shared with others. Visualization can tell more stories compelling and immediate way which can be more memorable than words. It is way of visually communicating information about quantitative and qualitative data in nature. The purpose of this document is to collect the different type of visualization techniques with the brief introduction.

 Abstract

The study aimed to investigate spirituality and self efficacy as predictors of burnout (dimensions) in clinical psychologist and general physicians. 100 health professionals from Delhi and NCR were taken as a sample of the study with 3-5 years and 6-9 years of practice experience. The tools used were Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) by Scheier and Carver, (1985) consists of 8 items. General Self Efficacy Scale Schwarzer and Jeruslam (1995) consists of and Daily Spirituality Experience Scale Underwood and Teresi (2002) consists of 16 items. Obtained scores were anlysed with the help of multiple regression . Results of the study indicated that Optimism emerged as the most important predictor of emotional exhaustion (burnout). Whereas Self efficacy influencing the emotional exhaustion in the insignificant manne.. The effect size of it also falls under the low category which indicated that optimism, and self efficacy produced very less influence on depersonalization and the average influence on personal accomplishment scores of clinical psychologists. It was also indicated that the two variables are the significant predictors of emotional exhaustion among general physician. Optimism influenced the emotional exhaustion in a negative manner, although it did not have the significant contribution. Self efficacy emerged as the important predictor of emotional exhaustion for general physician group. Self efficacy emerged as the important predictor of depersonalization for general physician group. Whereas optimism did not have a significant contribution to the criterion variable.

 Abstract

Glaucoma is the way of expression relate to a category of eye diseases that slowly effect in loss of vision by invariably damaging the optic nerve, the nerve that convey visual images to the brain. People origin blindness due to glaucoma is 4.5 million globally. There is no cure for glaucoma yet, a rapid detection of it can help to prevent vison loss. this e learning system project in php is developed to process the learning system through internet. The main aim of the project is to provide the computer courses through online to the members who want to learn the courses without going to computer centers. This system provides the books & videos through downloading procedure. The members can download from the server. The members should register to login to the system. The registered members should enter the username and password to login to the project. The members can view the list of videos & books a posted by the administrator and download the books from the server. The administrator will login using the admin id and password. If the admin id and password are correct, it will open the admin form. The administrator can add new books to the system. The add new book will ask for the book id, name of the book and description of the book from the administrator. The administrator will browse the book and add to the system. The book will automatically upload to the server. The students can ask doubts to the staff members. The staff members will send answers to the doubts asked by the students. The student can view the answers by the staff members. The students can clear their doubts through this form.
