An odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is a benign yet aggressive tumor that develops from the remnants of the tooth germ or dental lamina. Despite its benign nature, OKC has a high recurrence rate and potential to become cancerous. Early-stage OKC often presents without noticeable symptoms, with swelling being the most common clinical manifestation. Therefore, accurate diagnosis is crucial, necessitating a combination of differential diagnosis and auxiliary examination methods. Recent advancements in understanding the molecular basis of OKC have improved its diagnosis and prognosis, enabling targeted therapies and better patient outcomes. This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of OKC's clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, offering valuable insights for dental practitioners and researchers.

Background: Chronic anal fissure is a common condition that causes Burning Pain at Anal region, Bleeding during defecation. When conservative management fails, surgical sphincterotomy can be successful. Present Case Study is to Aim to study the jiran guda Parikartika (chronic fissure In Ano) in Ayurveda perspective and observed the result OF CLOSE LATERAL INTERNAL SPHINCTEROTOMY followed by Ayurveda medicine. Materials and Method: Well diagnosed patient of Parikartika (~Fissure in ano) who were undergone for closed lateral sphincterotomy was selected. The study was conducted in 1 patient with chronic fissure in ano attending Surgery OPD and admitted in surgery wards of Sanjivani ayurveda Hospital associated with Post graduate Institute of Ayurveda, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, during 2 december 2024 to 10 December 2024. The patient came with symptoms of pain and burning during and after defecation and also having the presence of blood streak while passing of stool. The patient is diagnosed as chronic fissure due to the presence of a longitudinal ulcer in lower part of anal canal at the 6 o'clock position with sentinel tag. Patient treated with surgical approach followed by ayurvedic medicines. RESULT : patient was operated during the period under review. After 5 days of surgery patients relief 60-70% . At the time of discharge patient was completely cure & have no symptoms of fissure. Conclusion: In our experience close LIS followed by ayurvedic medicine has a more superior short-term outcome with faster recovery in comparison to other surgical procedures amongest patients with Symptomatic Fissure in ano

Background: Health Insurance is a rapidly emerging social security instrument for the rural poor. Chronic health problems, arising due to prevalence of inaccessibility to an affordable health care system is a major threat to their income earning capacity. Insurance is one of the risk management strategies. The need for an insurance system that works on the basic principle of pooling of risks of unexpected costs of persons falling ill and needing hospitalization by charging premium from a wider population base of the same community. There is a need to increase the awareness of health insurance among rural population therefore this study was undertaken. Objective: To study the socio economic and demographic profile of the study population and to analyze the awareness of health insurance of study population. Methods: A the sample of 385 respondents was selected from Madurai District using a stratified random sampling method. A standardized questionnaire based on a thorough literature review was used to analyze the data. The data was analyzed using statistical techniques. A demographic profile of the respondents, KMO and Bartlett's Test, and factor analysis were employed on the data using SPSS. Result: It shows that 61.8% of the respondents are male, which is the majority. 46.5% of the respondents fall within the 41-50 age bracket. Most respondents (60.5%) are married. 53.0% of respondents, or the majority. Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy.761. Cronbach's alpha is.727. Conclusion: The determinants of awareness of health insurance were education and socioeconomic status. Though this study shows increased prevalence of awareness of health insurance there is still an alarming need to improve the awareness with regard to their knowledge about health insurance covering the medical expenses in the rural communities.

Anthony Burgess's A Clockwork Orange explores language as a potent force of interpellation, where it serves not only as a medium of expression but as a mechanism that molds identity, behaviour, and ideology. This study quarries into how Burgess's dystopian narrative harnesses language to enforce social conformity and identity through "Nadsat," a constructed dialect that blends English with Slavic and Russian elements. Nadsat is used by Alex and his peers to affirm their rebellious subcultural identity, yet its linguistic structure simultaneously functions as a tool of societal containment. By embedding criminality and alienation within their vernacular, the language subtly interpellates the youth into a predetermined role of deviance, a paradox that resonates with Louis Althusser's theory of ideological state apparatuses. Through Nadsat, the state indirectly reinforces a model of criminal identity in its youth, stripping them of authentic self-expression and rendering their rebellion a mere illusion of agency. In, A Clockwork Orange, Anthony Burgess crafts a dystopian world where language functions as a tool of interpellation, drawing individuals into identities and behaviours that align with oppressive societal norms. This study examines the linguistic mechanisms within the novel, specifically focusing on the invented dialect "Nadsat," a hybrid vernacular of English and Russian that Burgess creates as a powerful medium of interpellation for the novel's young protagonists. Nadsat becomes a tool of subcultural identity and resistance, yet paradoxically also an instrument of social control, blurring the lines between personal agency and systemic conditioning.

Technology has emerged as a transformative force in municipal administration, fundamentally reshaping governance, service delivery, and citizen engagement. In Andhra Pradesh, the adoption of digital solutions in municipal services has created a robust framework for enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability. This article explores the pivotal role of technology in revolutionizing municipal administration across the state, focusing on its impact on urban governance, smart city initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The constitutional foundation for municipal governance in India was laid by the 74th Constitutional Amendment Act of 1992, which provided Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) with financial and administrative autonomy. However, inefficiencies, bureaucratic delays, and resource constraints continued to hinder municipal service delivery. To address these challenges, Andhra Pradesh has leveraged e-governance platforms such as the e-Municipalities system, enabling online property tax payments, trade licenses, building approvals, and grievance redressal. Mobile applications like Citizen Buddy have further empowered citizens to interact with municipal authorities seamlessly. The state's smart city projects have integrated Internet of Things (IoT)-based systems for waste management, automated traffic control, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for urban planning. Municipal corporations are increasingly adopting Big Data analytics and cloud computing to monitor urban growth, forecast resource needs, and optimize infrastructure development. The implementation of digital dashboards has facilitated real-time decision-making, ensuring a more responsive and efficient governance model. Despite these advancements, challenges such as digital literacy gaps, financial constraints, cybersecurity threats, and infrastructure deficiencies remain significant barriers to the full realization of technology's potential. This article highlights the need for capacity-building programs, stronger cybersecurity frameworks, and increased public-private partnerships to overcome these hurdles. By addressing these issues, Andhra Pradesh can further solidify its position as a model for technologically driven municipal governance in India.

This study investigates the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on equity share trading, with a specific focus on comparing market efficiency and investor behaviour before and after AI integration. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through structured surveys from 100 respondents and secondary sources such as financial databases. The findings indicate that AI has significantly enhanced trading efficiency by reducing transaction costs, improving decision-making speed, and increasing returns. However, challenges such as limited accessibility, tool complexity, and ethical concerns persist. This study also elucidates behavioural changes among investors, including increased reliance on AI-driven platforms. Key recommendations include simplifying AI tools, enhancing transparency, and implementing educational initiatives to support diverse investor groups. These insights contribute to the understanding of AI's transformative role in equity trading and provide actionable solutions to optimize its adoption.
