A plan that covers or shares the expenses associated with health care can be described as health insurance. These plans fall into commercial health insurance, which is provided by government, private and stand-alone health insurance companies. Health insurance in India typically pays for only inpatient hospitalization and for treatment at hospitals in India. Outpatient services are not payable under health policies in India. The first health policy in India was Mediclaim Policy. In 2000, the Government of India liberalized insurance and allowed private players into the insurance sector. The advent of private insurers in India saw the introduction of many innovative products like family floater plans, critical illness plans, hospital cash and top-up policies. The study focused on analyzing the perception among respondents about the performance of select Health insurance companies.

Fashion is a distinct and frequently consistent trend in the way individuals show themselves. Young people have a proclivity to copy and follow whatever looks to be "in" or "cool." They may quickly relate to and follow what appears to be plausible. Teenagers' need to fit in is something that causes them to struggle in their daily lives. Several aspects of fashion has been discussed in this paper. How fashion trends have changed from historic times to recent modern trends everything has been discussed in this paper. A fashion preference of several generations according to their age difference has been discussed in this paper. It is observed that Indian youth is more drawn toward indo-western attire. But Fashion's future is expected to be significantly different from its past. Globalization, cultural accessibility, and people's connection via the internet and other forms of mass media will almost certainly cause a convergence of fashion trends in architecture, music, online presence, and clothing.

Abstract Multinational companies (MNCs), at the forefront of globalization, have grown to almost 150,000 worldwide employing 120 million people (UNCTAD 2012). Although the recent worldwide financial crisis slowed the pace of growth, it is unlikely to stall the process, facilitated by the developments in information, communication and transportation technologies (Stanton et al 2013). Convergence theorists suggest that the logic of technology and markets are superseding varying national cultures towards universally applicable 'best practice' managerial techniques, for example, the implementation of a range of specific employment practices identified with so-called High-Performance Work Systems. Divergence thesis argues that management systems will continue to reflect the 'footprint' of their national institutional environment. McGraw and Harley (Hayden 2013) concluded that in Australia 'there is a pronounced divergence in the HR practices of overseas workplaces when compared with locals.' We need therefore to look at what is happening in India in recent years in industrial relations practices in MNCs and try to fit these into a pattern.

Wide spread applications of benzothiazines, triazolothiadiazines and phenothiazines in medicinal, industrial, biological and agricultural fields have stimulated our interest to synthesize 2-aminobenzo-thiazoles and 2-aminobenzenethiols which have been used as synthetic intermediates for the synthesis of a variety of pharmacologically important heterocyclic compounds. The aryl pharmacophore of benzenethiols and substituted triazolothiols exhibits a wide range of biological and pharmacological activities, such as anticonvulsant, antituberculosis, antiproferative, antitumor, antimicrobial, analgesic, vasodilator etc.In the present investigation we have synthesized a number of 2-aminobenzothiazoles and 2-aminobenzenethiols. The various methods have been reported in the literature for the synthesis of these compounds.

Shakespearean sonnet themes explore the ideas of love, aging, beauty, time, lust, practical obligations and feelings of incompetence. These themes emerge from Shakespeare's descriptions of the relationship between his characters. They are also evident in his use of narrative language and explanations of the speakers internal feelings. Within Shakespeare's poetry is the idea that beauty disappears with time, making a person less desirable and somewhat depressed about his own existence. The idea behind one of the most prolific Shakespearean sonnet themes is that children should be born to maintain beauty. Since the ability to maintain an ideal physique and set of appealing looks is impossible, the only hope is to create the next generation that will inherit those features. Time is seen as an enemy to vitality, value and physical identity. Another of the Shakespearean sonnet themes focuses on the idea of conflict between real love and simple sexual desire. In the poet's view, there is often confusion between which is which. Lust can disguise itself as love and is easily mistaken for it. A temptation exists to pursue that which is visually enticing, rather than taking the time to discover genuine feelings.

The main aim of this research is to examine how neural networks can describe soil behavior under situations of uniaxial tension. Geotechnical engineering issues have been effectively modelled using artificial neural networks (ANNs) over the past several years. Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are a kind of artificial intelligence (AI) that aim to replicate the brain and nervous system of humans [1]. Most geotechnical engineering issues may be effectively modelled with ANNs. The goal of this work was to use ANNs to figure out how much dirt is buried under the surface. Depending on the size of the research area, it may be necessary to conduct a number of experiments and drill a number of boreholes in order to evaluate the soil layer structure [1]. The near-surface geology may be better understood by learning more about the qualities of the soil layers between boreholes. A neural network (ANN) learns from instances of data in order to grasp the nuances of functional data correlations even when the underpinnings of such interactions are obscure or difficult to understand on the physical level.
