This research paper examines gender disparities in higher education, with a focus on enrollment, academic achievement, and leadership roles in Rajasthan, India. The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted dimensions of gender inequality within the higher education landscape and to propose evidence-based interventions to promote inclusivity and equity.
