The advent of online food delivery apps has revolutionized the way consumers order and enjoy food. This study aims to investigate the factors influencing consumer preferences towards online food delivery apps. A mixed-method approach was employed, including surveys and data analysis, to gather insights from a sample of 123 consumers. Furthermore, the study found that consumers are increasingly concerned about food safety and hygiene, with many expressing a preference for apps that prioritize these aspects. The findings suggest that food delivery companies can enhance their services by focusing on these key factors and tailoring their offerings to meet consumer expectations.
