  Abstract


Mechanical oscillations about an equilibrium position are referred to as vibrations. The oscillations can be random, like a tyre rolling over gravel, or periodic, like a pendulum in motion. The phenomenon of vibration is omnipresent, global, and multifaceted. In a closed loop, physicists, mathematicians, and engineers work together in this interdisciplinary discipline. Since the creation of mechanical systems decades ago, research into vibration control has been an ongoing topic. The operator of machinery is affected by the vibration. Increase the level of severity in the workspace. Harshness and constant noise are dangerous for people. With the aforementioned goals in mind, the foundation of a flour mill motor was chosen for a vibration analysis in order to lower the vibration level within it as well as the system's overall vibration and noise levels. The current work compares numerical vibration analyses of flour mills and experimentally validates these analyses. Ansys Workbench is utilized to carry out numerical vibration analysis.
