The hours of repetitious practice contribute to a gradual deterioration in the functional capacity of the body. In the phases of throwing inherent to bowling actions, including preparation/wind-up, cocking, acceleration, and deceleration, the shoulder joint plays a pivotal role. Common shoulder injuries observed in throwing sports encompass micro instability, superior labrum anterior posterior (SLAP) tear, impingement, glenohumeral internal rotation deficit, scapular dyskinesia, and rotator cuff tear.The throwing motion necessitates a coordinated progression from toes to fingertips.
