This particular food product is notable for its moderate protein composition and elevated concentrations of essential amino acids such as lysine and methionine. Furthermore, this study explores the pharmacological qualities of Amaranthus spinosus Linn., which encompass diuretic, febrifuge, and anti-inflammatory activities. This study investigates the effects of amaranth on cholesterol levels, blood glucose levels, and its antioxidant qualities.
