Abstract
The objective of this study is to compare the attitudes of individuals from concordant and discordant families. A total of 160 students (boys and girls) of 9th class of secondary schools
(public and private) were taken as respondents. The tool used for data collection 'A survey on familial adjustment'. After the analysis of data highlights that there is significant differences in attitude between individuals from concordant and discordant families. It further reveals that gender does not significantly affect attitudes within concordant and discordant families, except for female individuals where a significant difference was observed. These findings contribute to our understanding of the relationship between family dynamics, gender, and attitudes
