Abstract
The neem tree (Azadirachta indica), native to the Indian subcontinent, has long been celebrated for its diverse range of biological and therapeutic properties. This review aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the botanical characteristics, traditional uses, and modern scientific research related to neem. The article discusses its chemical constituents, pharmacological activities, and potential applications in various fields, including medicine, agriculture, and cosmetics. Neems' significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antidiabetic, and immunomodulatory effects, among others, are highlighted.
