Today, Work-life balance is one of the most challenging issues being faced by the women employees in the 21st century. This problem is more for women employees because of the type of roles they play at home and the spillover of personal life over work life and vice-versa. Work life balance for women employees is highly desirable, if there is no job satisfaction & consistency in life, it can create a dilemma to them.
