The term "employee welfare" refers to all actions taken by an employer for the benefit or comfort of its employees, including the provision of services, facilities, and perks.It is done in an effort to increase production and inspire workers. The goals of knowing employee welfare are to enhance working-class life, promote the total development of the employee's personality, and other things.
