Voice assistance systems have emerged as transformative technologies that streamline and augment human-computer interactions. This paper presents a state-of-the-art voice assistance system designed to provide an unparalleled user experience across various applications. The paper also highlights the system's versatility and extensibility through seamless integration with email system. The voice assistant listens to the user's voice input and converts it as a text and then sends it as an email message to the recipients. Finely, Researchers have to provide user's Email id, which will be the sender email id for the recipient and this can be executed using Python. SMTP is the most common and popular protocol of email which means Simple Mail Transfer Protocol. It is used for transmitting email from one account to another over the internet. Protocol runs a list of instructions that validate and manage the transfer of email and also it pushes the message from client to the server. MTA-Message Taste Agents is the client which should be present in the system to send and receive mail.
