Abstract
The cosmos has created its all the species with full of potentials, objectives and their roles in this ecosystem to proceed in their life with strength, opportunities, perfection and achievements. Belonging to the human life in terms of: the social concerns, cultural practices and fragmented outlook towards the women, has created the absentia of both the empowered women and the pace of processes of empowering women to attain the objectives of sustainable development. In this communication, an attempt has been made to understand the philosophical aspect of gender-gap and disparity appeared, challenges in women empowerment, conceptual framework of women empowerment and sustainable development.
