Human rights are the norms, which describe certain degree of human behavior or their nature, which are always protected as legal rights in the domestic & international laws. The basic idea of the human right developed aftermath the Second World War. The Constitution of India also makes provisions for the fundamental rights for its citizens and aliens. The true antecedent of human rights palaver was the notion of natural Rights that materialize as lump of the mediaeval Natural law.
