Vitamins, minerals, plants, and many more goods are examples of dietary supplements. Herbal remedies are used by people to try to preserve or enhance their health. Many individuals think that "natural" products are always secure and healthy for them. As a result, we looked at certain Indian herbal plants that increase immunity and guard against infectious diseases.
