Objective: to check the safety the protection efficacy one hundred fifty mg single dose and intra-vaginal clotrimazole two hundred mg per day for 6 days and treatment of the acute episode of vulvovaginal moniliasis (VVC). Methods: during a prospective study, fifty patients with acute clinical and mycological con?rmed VVC were registered and divided every which way in 2 teams.
