In this paper research scholar made an efforts to focus on Social Challenges faced by working women teachers with special reference to Himachal Pardesh . Working women teacher has been are faced so many problem in the society .It has and has been observed that various challenges has to faced by men and women teachers, but women teachers challenges are more in comparison of men. No doubt the status of women in the society is very higher in the present era, but as per the Indian culture context teachers women have to bear various responsibilities. During this study they had not familiar with the new technology. They have tried to solve the problem regarding teaching and administration with the traditional method our worthy prime minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji created a concept of recent India on the basis of globalisation and keep the pace with the other country. It is good efforts of our prime minister to go ahead of the our country on the basis of education history of the world ,that no country can make the progress without health and education .Development education is a lifelong and continuous process of learning. Change and development education is the heart of development process of developing nation. Development means the improvement in quality of life of the people working women in India are facing with various types of challenges than their counterparts in the other parts of the world .Education can certainly play a very positive role in the improvement of women's status. The national education system will play a positive interventionist role in the empowerment of women as proposed by NEP 2020 approved recently by 2030 the minimum qualifications for teachers. The research scholar has made to focus on Social Challenges Faced by working women teachers in society as well as schools ,home etc
