Political and economic governance are equated in the Arthashastra. Economic governance is the goal, while political governance is the means. However, as economic goals are not achieved in the absence of political goals,'Political governance becomes the goal, while economic governance becomes the means.''The aim justifies the means,' according to Kautilyan and others.
The philosophy of Machiavellian. According to them, political power and material prosperity go hand in hand.The means and purposes of government are Kautilya. Good governance is also important.Whether political or economic, it all comes down to justifying the aims and means.economic and political circumstances The importance of good governance cannot be overstated.Administration in the Kautilyan sense. Considering the numerous governance scandals, that are unearthed almost every day in India, an Arthashastra reading, and imbibing.
