This abstract explores the impact of AI tools on performance management within the IT sector, also focusing on challenges and opportunities in AI Implementation. AI-driven performance management tools leverage data analytics, machine learning, and natural language processing to provide more objective, continuous, and real-time assessments of employee performance. These tools facilitate the automation of routine tasks, allowing managers to focus on strategic decision-making and personalized employee development. Key benefits include improved accuracy in performance evaluations, reduced biases, and enhanced ability to predict and mitigate performance issues.
