In today's workplace, the widespread adoption of digital technologies has transformed the nature of employee engagement and job satisfaction. This research aims to explore the complex relationship between technology implementation and its impact on employee engagement, with a specific focus on the mediating role technology plays in shaping job satisfaction. Through extensive review of current literature and empirical analysis, this study seeks to shed light on the multifaceted aspects of employee engagement within the digital environment. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, incorporating qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys, to develop a nuanced understanding of how technology intersects with various facets of employee engagement. By examining factors such as communication patterns, remote work arrangements, and use of digital tools, the study attempts to elucidate the mechanisms by which technology affects employees' overall job satisfaction. Additionally, this research intends to identify potential challenges and opportunities presented by the digital transformation of the workplace.
