This research was conducted to find various sharia contracts that can be empowered in the activities of utilizing inheritance in the Muslim community of the Simalungun Batak Tribe. This research is a field research conducted by interview and observation by utilizing literature using fikh books both classical and contemporary. The results of the study show that various models of sharia contracts on the use of inheritance can be carried out by the community such as Mudarabah, Musyarakah, Ijarah, muzara'ah, mukhabrah and musaqah. , rahn / pawn, and waqf. These various sharia contracts can be carried out both between the heirs and the heirs with other parties. To strengthen the implementation of this sharia contract, it is necessary to carry out a written contract in order to strengthen the process of realizing the contract and assist the interests of each party and for their benefit.
