Currently, job satisfaction is seen as a success of work who also regard it as one of the core issues in organisational growth. The definition of job satisfaction and its effect on work and life balance is more than just a matter of interest. The performance, productivity and survival of all organisations are decisively determined by employees. It is necessary to understand the motivation and the degree to which the organisation and other contextual variables are fulfilled. The employee can help further to the success of the company, who can maintain a balance between private and professional life and has a high level of satisfaction.
