In the present study, the investigators intended to compare the job involvement of B.Ed. College teachers with respect to some demographic variables. Job involvement was treated as dependent variables. For the purpose of investigation, descriptive survey method was employed. The sample comprised of 300 B.Ed. college teacher educators working in colleges located in Kalyana Karntaka affiliated to Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi, A.K.S.W. University, Vijayapur and S.K.D. University, Bellary was selected by Random sampling technique. The result says that there is less Job involvement in Teacher educators.
