The fundamental rights are available for every one how is in the territory of India. The armed forces are not an exception. But the constitution imposed some limitations over the fundamental rights of the armed force that is why the human rights are the boon as well as curse for the armed forces. Characteristics of study- Article 33 of the constitution is an exception to the fundamental rights conferred by the part 3 of the constitution and give the parliament a special power to restrict the fundamental rights of the members of armed forces by the law. Methods used - the law books have the answers of every legal problem.
