Abstract
Intelligent IOT based Smart Irrigation System is an automatic irrigation system developed using IoT Technology and machine learning method using KNN algorithm. The objective of the smart irrigation system is to provide adequate water required by crops by considering the moisture of soil and climate conditions thus preventing over irrigation and under irrigation without human intervention. The GSM module is used in the system to send status of the field to farmer through SMS and to save the parameters on to the cloud.
