  Abstract


We propose a novel system using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) on Raspberry Pi, integrated with a DHT-11 sensor for temperature and humidity monitoring. This system enables real-time monitoring of the storage environment, early disease detection, and accurate shelf-life prediction for fruits and vegetables. By ensuring optimal conditions and detecting diseases promptly, the system reduces food waste, prevents spoilage, and improves produce quality and safety. Sensors and the microcontroller-based automated intelligent ghee-making unit will greatly add technology to the individual kitchen. The proposed unit will increase the quality of ghee prepared and ensure uniform ghee. It is also cost-effective so that units can be greatly accepted by individual kitchens, especially in India. The proposed Electric vehicle control system is implemented on a prototype tricycle chassis. Overall, the paper proposes a cost- effective motor drive control system for electric vehicles, with closed-loop PWM control and an electronic differential control loop. It offers efficiency, reliability, and a smooth driving experience, making it an ideal solution for sustainable transportation and a significant contribution to the field.
