Abstract
The novel coronavirus (also known as COVID-19) emerged and spread rapidly across the globe. The outbreak has disrupted the whole system of education, leading to the closing down of educational institutions to curb the spread of the pandemic. However, educational institutions across the country have embraced technology to ensure that learning would not be distorted much.
The main focus of the present paper is to know-how educators and learners are embracing technology amid National Lockdown for Learning. It also aimed to know how various video conferencing applications i.e., Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco WebEx, and Microsoft Teams, are being utilized for knowledge transfer and how they differ from one another.
