Teacher education programs should be designed in such a way that it fulfills the needs and demands of the changing society and world. In today's world Education is changing globally. Less is more, teaching philosophy is best for students learning. As a teacher, we should focus less on traditional teaching and lecture methods and should focus on active learning. As a teacher, we should focus on students' needs and should teach accordingly. We should try to make the whole class active during teaching.
