The universal human values (UHV) refer to those values which are the backbone of being human. Respect, acceptance, empathy, peace, truth, gratitude, reverence, guidance, care, etc. are all considered as basic human values which are accepted universally.
This article aims to discuss the universal human values that for scientific and technical developments which can be done sustainably with the awareness, trusting in and adopting universally accepted human values by Scientists and technocrats. Scientists and Technocrats are the persons who are experts in their fields and create facilities to the life; also they innovate to make life better. They not only work for humans but also for all the living beings as well as all the matter on the earth. Now they are exploring universe too. For such a community Human Values become very important as they have the power to influence society for new developments.
