Abstract

Reverse logistics has gained attention with the recent closed loop supply chain concepts. The risk associated with Reverse Logistics is more compared to forward logistics. The key Data analytics concepts customized to Reverse logistics is studied in this paper. This paper aims at providing a solution for reverse logistics activities for a small-scale industry.
